I had water leak from the ceiling due to the great freeze last month. I called so many plumbers and Confidence was one of only a couple that could give me an appointment within 4 days. Orlando and his assistant Armando did a great job. They took care to try to figure out what caused the water damage and were careful not to make any unnecessary cuts in the ceiling.

In addition, they discovered another leak and carefully found the source and gave me all of the options to fix it. They were very patient and thorough, and explained everything to me. When they were done, they cleaned everything up. I highly recommend these gentlemen and the company. I could tell that they cared about providing high quality service.

this company was assigned to us by our Home Warranty provider. They never called to set up an appointment. This was right after the Austin weather catastrophe with broken pipes etc. so I tried to give them a bit of grace. After 4 days, I emailed them and this was their response:

"Thank you for reaching out. Yes, we are extremely busy. We are currently prioritizing all emergency repairs due to the winter storm. I will have someone reach out to you as soon as possible"

A week later, still nothing. They ignored my follow up email. Finally, I called my Home Warranty provider, and after an hour of being put on hold, being transferred, getting callbacks etc., they assigned me to another plumbing company.

The other plumbing company called me within 30 minutes, sent someone over the next day, and fixed my issue within an hour.

If Confidence Plumbing is reading this review, I would respectfully suggest you at least call your customers who are assigned via Home Warranty. Or, tell the Home Warranty company you can't deal with extra customers at the time.

You guys really inconvenienced me by having to go 13 days without hot water.

We called them, through our home warranty company, to locate a hole or break in our pipes. We were having an issue with mice in the walls/attic. The pest company did full evaluation and a smoke test and determined they were likely getting in through a break in the pipes, then into the walls.

The plumbers showed up and opened a section of the dry wall, looked at the pipes (that were visible), checked the water flow through faucets and reported there was no sign of a leak anywhere. Based on that they determined a camera inspection of the pipes wasn't necessary (so it would have to be out of pocket for us to pursue vs. being covered by the warranty). They were condescending and evasive when I asked why a camera inspection wasn't indicated just because they weren't able to SEE a leak somewhere. And they did not even put back the piece of dry wall they removed.

I didn't think they actually tried to evaluate the issue so we paid for another company to run a camera inspection. They immediately found a large hole in one of the pipes that ran under the foundation.

Plumber didn't fix my toilet and damaged my wall. The company took his word over mine and told me it's my problem. Terrible customer service and inadequate skilled plumbers.

My insurance AHS sent this company to repair a stoppage. The first thing they asked me was the year the house was built, 1970. They came inside the house, check the toilets for less than 2 minutes and went outside to "find" the clean out...they said that my house was too old and did not have a clean out. They told me that my insurance would not cover to repair stoppage unless I had a clean out. I waited for 3 days for them to come to talk to me for 5 min and just leave.
The next day I called a real plumber and long behold, he found the clean out in minutes, it was right outside the house.

We had our range delivered unexpectedly several days early. I called, and the guys were able to get us in the next day even though it meant that they had to work quite late on a Friday. Eddie was knowledgeable, competent and just great to work with! He really went above and beyond to take care of our range install. Not to mention, this is by far the nicest range we have purchased and they got it in from the detached garage over the deck and backyard with out a hitch. He even had to take the back door off its hinges to get my new range in without a chance of a scratch! We will be using them again.
All this, and they were very conscientious about following safety protocols for covid-19. Masks and gloves are no fun, but we all donned masks and kept appropriate social distance.

Kudos for the great work and kudos for the safety. Our son works as a server for my fathers retirement apartment community, so safety is a number one consideration, and we felt confident that they were keeping themselves, us and our loved ones very safe.
