First off when I called the office they said they didn't have a anybody in my area And never even tried to set an appointment.. i called the emergency line and got a plumber to set an appointment and they never showed up and when i called to find out why they never came they told me they couldn't help me. Didn't call to cancel or reschedule , they just never showed up! This is a garbage plumbing company and i recommend anyone else if you actually want decent and respectful service.

Horrible! They do work for Richmond American Homes and we are having issues with all of our toilets not being sat right. Confidence come over to look at the work they did, the plumber looked at toilet and started laughing when confronted about what was wrong. He started laughing at me and I asked him to leave my house, he said f*** you and called out some other cus words. I had to tell 3 times to leave before he left. Absolutely horrible!

Like others, ZERO stars is not an option so I bumped them up to 1 star!

Richmond American Homes used this sub-par, habitually bad plumbing contractor in home built in Aurora. Unfortunately, my home is one of them.

After spending over $500k for the home, I experienced a leak in the kitchen. The P trap was a) not secured properly and b) did not have the required gasket as per CO Plumbing Code.

Needless to say, when Richmond American Homes warranty team sent Confidence (ironic name!) Plumbing's ""master plumber"" Steve out, he immediately denied any fault without even disassembling the trap! He literally only checked that I tightened the connections properly.

This is also an indication of the bottom-rung contractors Richmond American Homes uses to save money and stick homeowners with huge repair bills

My builder has this company under contract for emegency services. I am in Brighton and I called them this morning at 8 am when something came loose under my sink. I think it is a simple fix of a small blue retaining ring because when I called they asked if it was a small blue ring. When I said it was, I was told they don't stock that part, it is a plumbing supply part, and of course it is Sunday. I told them it didn't appear to be broken, so they said they would come out. At 11:12 I missed a call from them saying they would be leaving Highlands Ranch in 15 minutes and be on their way here to look at my sink. It is now 3:25 and no one is here. I can't believe it would take three hours to get from Highland Ranch to Brighton. If you have a choice, hire any plumber but this one. If you are forced to use them like I am, I wish you luck. Here I am 7 hours into an emergency call out and I have no communication or service from this company.

Because I can't do zero stars, I am now giving a #yelpsmack only my worst experiences.

We had a leak in our kitchen around the faucet. Something broke and I couldn't figure it out. It dripped all night after the Super Bowl. It did some damage in our kitchen.

Soooooo we called Confidence who was on our list of contacts from our builder. Have you ever seen the Life Lock commercial where the guy says...

""Oh I'm not a security guard, I'm a security ""monitor"". I just inform you when there's a robbery... There's a Robbery.""

The lady says on the phone ""Yes we are plumbers but we wont fix your faucet. We'll just come out and tell you if it's broken. For 105$ as a curtesy.""

(Confused face). Um... It's BROKEN!""

I KEPT ASKING Can't you just send a guy out to FIX it??!!"" And she kept saying ""well as a curtesy for 105$ we will send someone out see what's wrong with it.""

Repeat: ""If your a plumber can't you fix it? We don't have water I our kitchen!!!... Hello?""

Answer: ""For 105$. We can come out as...""

OVER... and over.. and OVER... and ... FINGER IN THE EYE.

So being confused and at the mercy of a waterless faucet... we agreed. Next day ""between 1 and 3 our plumber will be there see what the problem is.""

Aaannnndddd... my wife changes her WHOLE day around to be there.... NO SHOW. No call.

So we called another guy who I will yelp. And he said ""Sure! I'll come out and take care of it first thing in the morning."" At 9 AM, he showed up. Fixed. Done. Great attitude. For not much more than their ""Curtesy"".

(No) Confidence, Life Lock is looking for real life fails for their next commercial.

I have no clue why the company is called ""Confidence"" because I have absolutely no confidence in this company. I have had 3 appointments with this company to fix my toilet. One they called and rescheduled because the appointment was for 4:30 p.m. and they don't take appointments after 4:00 p.m. I asked if 4:00 p.m. was okay, they said yes, so I rescheduled. I came home early from work to ensure that I would be there at 4:00 p.m. and when no one arrived by 4:15pm I called and they stated they didn't know why the receptionist would book me for 4:00pm because they don't do any appointments after 4:00pm meaning the latest appointment would have to be before 4pm and not at 4pm. So I rescheduled again for 7:00 a.m. and yet again no one shows. When I called I was offered no explanation as to why the plumber did not show just was told that we will work around your schedule since this has happened to you ""several times."" I'm assuming working around my schedule means making another appointment that is between 7am and 4pm and having no guaranty that they will actually arrive. If it wasn't my warranty company who used Confidence I would certainly have no dealings with them but guess I'm kind of stuck. But if you have a choice, choose another company that actually has staff that know how to make appointments and know how to show up to them.
