This company (Craig) gets an amazing 5 Star Plus review for us. Our heat went out last night on New Year's Eve. We woke up today and tried to do a little more work on our end and realized we needed help. I reached out to the main number, left a message with a live agent (another plus) and Craig called me back shortly thereafter. He was able to walk us through fixing the system without having to do an in-person call all through Facetime and phone calls. It just ended up being a fuse that had blown. Craig is the best and hands-down we will use them again when we have an issue regarding our HVAC.

My home lost power on Christmas Day 2021. SCE was able to come out and put in a temporary fix but the surge caused our thermostat to fail, leaving us without heat. We immediately contacted Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning, a company we have always received great results from, and we were, as always, impressed with their quick and professional response to resolve our issue. A technician came out and the service he provided was exactly what we expected... EXCELLENT. It was raining so he put on shoe coverings so he would not track in any mud, which I thought was very respectful. He was quick to resolve our issue and also serviced our heater while he was here in addition to replacing our thermostat. Their rates are very competitive and we felt like their most important customer. They are our company of choice and I will always recommend them to family and friends. Today I had the pleasure of Georgie and Ralph looking into my lack of heat. Georgie arrived on time and was super friendly, professional and knowledgable. Once he was in the attic it was immediate heat! Like who is this guy a miracle worker? LOL We recently had someone in our attic and instead of him turning on the attic light he turned the heater OFF. So we had time to talk about the rest of my home. I am so impressed with this company and their employees that I'm getting quotes for air conditioning and having them fix my fireplace! This company really does deserve their 5 STAR rating!

We contacted several companies for estimates and Conejo Valley Heating & Air conditioning was one of them. They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Shortly after calling, we had a scheduled estimator come out to take a look at our home. Brandon arrived with a face mask on and (my favorite) shoe covers! He was honest in telling us what we needed, gave us different pricing options, and didn't try to upsell us on anything. They don't skimp on the job and do it right by permitting.

Although we didn't end up going with them, I don't doubt that they would've done a great job with the care and consideration they put into our estimate.

Our furnace failed on a Sunday during a cold spell. A friend recommended Conejo Valley Heating & Air (CVHA) and so I called them on Monday morning. They came out that same day to diagnose what turned out to be multiple problems with the old equipment. By the end of the day, we had a quote for a new HVAC system and we gave them the go-ahead.
CVHA proceeded to bring in multiple teams to remove the old equipment and install the new equipment, including ductwork, over the next 4 days. By Friday evening, the new HVAC system was up and running.
We are very happy with the quick response and project management provided by Conejo Valley Heating & Air!

I have been a homeowner for more than 40years. I have had many companies doing various contractor jobs including HVAC companies. I was able to get an appointment with Conejo Valley Heating and Air within 2 days. Ryan came out an observed my heating and air conditioning system. I gave him my concerns about my own system ,especially the problem of having the heating and air balanced in every room of my house. Within the same day, Ryan called his office and asked the manager of the company to come and take a look at my system. Within two hours, Greg was at the door with tools in his hand and reviewed every piece of equipment and where the equipment was located. He laid out a plan that would work. Within two days Greg's crew (seven young men) came to my home at 8am and left at 6pm.
Job was completed including installation of needed equipment!

This is the second time I called this company and couldn't be more satisfied! The first time was a few years back and had an attic fan installed (2 other companies tried to sell me an expensive A/C system I didn't need); this time had my 35 year old central heating system replaced along with the duct work. I am on a budget and this company is willing to provide numerous options to get you what works for you -- no high pressure sales pitches. Fast, reliable service with zero problems. Don't let the name fool you--they do work outside of Conejo Valley too.

Rave review here! These guys are amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. Came early, spent the time to figure out the problem with my old clunker of a heater, fixed it. Plus, checked my attic and ducts and made recommendations, but didn't hard sell me on anything, and no charge. I had to move some things so they could get to the attic, and they moved them for me and put them back. This was my first time using CVH&A and they now have a permanent customer. Highly recommend!
