Raymond has been to our house several times for maintenance upkeep on our HVAC system (installed by Conejo Valley Heating/A/C) and we have been so grateful for his knowledgeable help and excellent service. We subscribe to the Gold Plan Conejo offers, which has paid for itself in peace of mind (came in handy as well when an issue arose that was under warranty on our A/C--had we not been servicing it regularly each year, we may not have noticed it). Grant helped us with that service this summer and did an excellent job.

I recommend these guys to all my neighbors. When my water heater wears out, I will definitely be calling them for that, too! Thank you so much for your honest work.

I am TRULY BLOWN AWAY by the top notch customer service, subject matter expertise, and all-around professionalism of the Conejo Valley Heating & Air technicians and installers.

I originally called the Conejo back in May to get our ducts cleaned. In between making the appointment & waiting for the service call, I noticed that our AC was not working properly. Unfortunately another company- a one man show- had installed a float device (safety shut off) incorrectly a few months earlier which was causing my AC unit to stop blowing cold air EVERY TIME I turned it on. Kinda scary when you know the hot weather will be rolling into town soon. I called that guy to come back, diagnose the problem & fix it - he could not do it. Nope. He was stumped. He is a really nice guy but he obviously does not have the depth & breadth of experience that the Conejo guys have. Needless to say, I was really starting to worry about my AC. But I also knew that Conejo would be here in a few days.....

On June 7, 2019 my prayers were answered. Angel (sorry - don't have his last name) from Conejo arrived to do my duct work. He is one of the installers. Not only did Angel do an amazing job with all ducts, but also CORRECTLY diagnosed & fixed the AC issue. He looked at my HVAC system and confidently, without any hesitation, told me within a few seconds what the problem was. Angel corrected all of the shoddy work the other guy had done. And he did ALL of the work with a friendly smile, tons of patience (I had a lot of questions), and a can-do attitude. He's just a wonderful person. If you are having any type of installation work done, you MUST ask to be scheduled with Angel. No question. He's your guy.

Angel also told me about the club memberships you can get through Conejo. Not wanting to ever have to wait weeks for an appointment in the middle of summer if the AC goes out (hey, we've all been there right?!), I immediately signed up for their Gold package. Let's just say that membership has its privileges- I'm getting free spring & fall service calls and a bunch of other cool benefits. People, this plan is worth EVERY PENNY for $17.95/month.

So on July 5, 2019 I had the pleasure of meeting technician George Lechuga. He arrived to perform the spring/early summer maintenance service (check AC, drain hot water heater, etc). Again, another AMAZING Conejo employee and all-around great human! Just a fantastic guy with tons of knowledge & experience. It was a pleasure.

Today, October 11, 2019, I met ANOTHER Conejo superstar- the wonderful Mr. Georgie Fimbres. He performed the fall maintenance service which includes checking the furnace, cleaning the dryer vent, among many other things. All I can say is WOW. Georgie is FANTASTIC. Friendly (he is truly lovely to talk to), efficient, with clearly years of experience informing his work.

It was such a pleasure to have Georgie (and Angel and George) in our home. I firmly believe you would be hard pressed to find top notch quality staff like Angel, George, and Georgie in ANY INDUSTRY nowadays. Thanks guys!! You rock.

George F. came to the house to check out an issue I was having with the condensation pump for the A/C unit. He went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved and took the time to explain the features of my new system that I did not learn about when it was installed earlier in the week.

I had an appointment to fix my house heater. The technician Brent showed up on time and determined that the heater was in good working order and he suggested that a diagnostic would not yield anything. Therefore he recommended I call them back when the unit truly stopped working on a regular basis. They don't get more honest than this.

He took down the details and told me to call him when needed. He never charged for coming over. Very nice.

They get so many 5 star ratings for a good reason. They earn them.
