Exceptionally professional and efficient service from Richard!
He was an absolute pleasure to have work in the home and was professional ,really quick in responding/ communicating, and was punctual! No hassles and we were really pleasantly surprised. He was able to provide service the same day, which was something that we actually weren't prepared for so he worked around our schedule and was able to come out and fix the problem quickly. 100% without a doubt Richard and CEP will be our go to company for all of our plumbing needs and we could not recommend them more highly.
Backstory:
The faucets in my parents home had never been replaced and were starting to show signs of wear and tear. The hard water and over two decades of use had worn the knobs and lines down. My dad and I decided we would just start replacing the faucets one bathroom at a time. Little did we know this would be way harder than we originally anticipated and ultimately we came to accept that we just didn't have the right tools (or patience) to be able to complete the jobs ourselves. At this point though, we had already removed enough of the pipes and flange essentially rendering the downstairs sink in non working order. Queue going to Yelp and starting to reach out to plumbing companies and local handyman services. Let me tell you- after receiving outrageously priced quotes getting a very reasonable flat rate quote from Richard was refreshing. He was able to remove and install the new faucet and flange so fast (I mean it had taken my dad and I 2 days to get what little we had done accomplished). As with most housing projects that require professional service it can be really hit or miss. This one was a grand slam home run! Thank you Richard and CEP!

Rick Smith, of Conejo Emergency Plumbing, is the finest plumber ever. He is a wonderful person to deal with. He is responsive in a timely manner. He answers
calls and texts, makes mutually convenient appointments, knows his craft thoroughly and completely and is pleasant to have in your home. He goes out of his way to get plumbing parts that is difficult to obtain and really goes out of his way to get even a difficult job done. His helper is great also. Cameron is also quite professional, knowledgeable and appropriate. They work together beautifully and are quite a team. Rick's prices are also very fair. They work quickly, neatly and quietly and got the job done to my complete satisfaction.

Rick and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and most important of all, very pleasant to work with. They were very transparent with labor and materials cost which is a reason alone just to go with them--no surprises and very reasonable. They took time to discuss the project and gave an accurate quote which I thought was very fair.

I know it's easier to get quotes through messages/emails, but seriously, give Rick a call and you'll likely find your new go-to plumber.

I had a water heater burner that was broken. Rick came and fixed it in no time. Well, the job may not be big, but, please read on.

The water heater was out for a week during a very cold December Christmas week. I ordered the burner part from the manufacturer and it arrived late. I called a few plumbers and all of them did not want to even entertain a call during the holidays. Rick answered the call and was willing to come in on a Sunday (Jan 2nd -2022) to come and fix it. And he did to his word. A man of great ethics and resolve. I am very grateful and appreciate his effort to come in during the holidays.

I would 200% recommend Rick to anybody! Conejo Emergency Plumbing lives up to its reputation and Rick is a true embodiment of this commitment.

We had a drip leak underneath our kitchen sink in Thousand Oaks. Rick was able to resolve the issue quickly during the weekend. He also fixed the kitchen faucet.
