Great customer service. I called on Thanksgiving Day and the owner Tim got back to me. My hot water heater was leaking. He told me over the phone what to do and recommended another guy because he was away on vacation. I've since used them. Tom is really friendly and quality work. My wife liked how clean they were.

I cannot give a good review of this company. Tim the owner came out on a Sat which I appreciated, he said he would call me back that day with an estimate for the plumbing work I needed. No call, I wasn't too worried because I figured he would call Monday. Come Monday at 3p I still did not hear anything. So I call and left a message..and waited and waited..I'm going on 2 and a half weeks with no call back. It's rude and not good customer service. I would not recommend.

Have used Condon Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend to fix a few things at my vacation house. Always quick to respond and truly an expert at his craft. The crew is friendly, efficient and tidy. Left behind a clean work area and took good care to move my belongings out of the way. Best part, it has been three years since he made the repairs to my kitchen faucet and toilets and no problems since. A+! Thanks again!

""Reliable"" is the word that sums up both Tim's attitude to work, and the quality of every single job he has done on our house. Whenever I try to reach him, he promptly returns my call, and gets to our house within 24 -48 hours. Tim doesn't manipulate, he is not a snake oil salesman, you can always trust him. Highly recommended!
