They came out to estimate the work and determined they were unable to perform it. They explained exactly what the problem was and looked at my previous quote to tell me it was fair price. They have a lot of integrity and the workers seemed very knowledgeable. not trying to hard sell me on something they couldn't perform I find them to be very honest and I assume they know what they're doing if they could tell me that they weren't able to do the work for me.

Requested an appointment to fix a clogged toilet. The tech who came out took one look at the toilet, stated that the tank was working fine and there was an issue with the bowl or the pipes - obviously, as the issue is a clog - and stated that the discoloration in the bowl was calcium buildup. We could either try and treat with CLR, or pay over $800 to have the entire toilet replaced.

I pointed out that the so-called ""calcium buildup"" was in fact just some toilet paper stuck on the inside of the bowl as a result of the toilet not flushing correctly, which the tech completely ignored and continued to tell me there was calcium buildup and the toilet needed replacement.

I called a different company after he left, who arrived within the hour and took less than 5 minutes to unclog the toilet with a snake.

Very frustrating to not be listened to at all, and to have someone try and upsell a brand new toilet rather than attempt any kind of actual diagnostic.

I'd give more stars if I could! Concord Rooter & Plumbing was referred to me by a friend in our community. To start, Marco was super quick to respond to my request. He answered every question I asked with all the detail I needed. Plumber Ian arrived within a few hours of my initial contact with Marco. Ian really knows his stuff, and was very professional. He was respectful of our home while trying to find a leak (source was not obvious) in the wall of our great room, keeping the removal of the wet drywall as minimal as possible. Turned out, as he thought, it was in the fire sprinkler pipe which unfortunately he couldn't repair (only a fire sprinkler company can). Prompt and thorough service at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I highly recommend this company. Marco is very responsive and even do follow up. He was very understanding for I missed the appointment. Ian was the one that do the job for our garbage disposal. Ian was very nice and knows what he is doing. We even asked him to check something else and he responded right away. He goes far and beyond our expectation. Marco quickly responded to my search for help w roots in the house to street pipe. He gave me a quote that was 40% less than the other company I contacted.
The person who came to the house, Ian, stayed in touch thru texts and calls. He arrived at the early end of the promised window and notified me when they were on their way. Ian arrived on time, communicated well, was not disruptive to our household, completed the tasks at hand in a timely manner, and left the area clean and tidy.
I am well pleased with Concord Rooter and Plumbing.

A small bottle fell into the toilet during flushing and we were unable to remove it ourselves with a plunger or snake. Marco responded to my request quickly and we had technicians on site within an hour! Edgar and Colin removed the toilet fixture and removed the bottle from inside the fixture. They also helped clear out the main from some tree roots that started penetrating the drain piping underground to improve the drain flow. They were very thorough in their work and explained the process.

However, they were not as careful using the auger in the toilet and left many scratches and marks in the fixture. Hoping there is a better way of protecting the fixtures with these types of services.
