I sent a request for a gas line installation through the Yelp app and they were the first one to respond. They answered all my questions and was able to send a technician out the same day in the morning! Their technician Edgar was able to assess my service request and was able to give me an accurate quote and even said he would be able to do the job on the same day! Edgar had great professionalism and performed the job with great expertise paying attention to the small details, like having the piping size information pointing outward so it can be read properly and mounting the pipes flush against the wall creating no gaps in between. It was overall a great experience with great value and I would definitely hire them again! I highly recommend their work!

A gentleman name Ian came to our house to repair our slow drain line and replace our water pressure regulator! Ian was professional extremely pleasant and did an outstanding job!

Just an update... Marco and Edgar once again provided outstanding service. Another minor job to replace a regulator but well done and on time.

Had a similar job done years ago and the cost was outrageous and I've never called them again.

There was another local plumbing company that is popular in the Pinole / West County area that has been around for years. Had them replace a bunch of old style water supply cut off valves. When one of them started to leak a bit right after installation and I called them back to get it looked it... crickets.

Concord Rooter and Plumbing, keep up the good work and don't ever lower your standards.

I entered a Yelp query little after 7 PM after we noticed the kitchen leaking. I was pleased to hear from Marco within an hour considering the time of day. Within an hour Marco gave us a quote and set an appointment for the next day. The quote was very reasonable

I called and spoke to Marco about our slow flushing toilets. The toilets are 24 years so I wasn't sure if they just needed to be replace or if something else was the problem. He sent a technician out within 2 hours. Ian arrive on time and was polite, professional and even put on shoe smocks. He listened to my concerns and inspected the behavior of the toilets when flushed. Ian clearly explained to me how mineral deposits build up in the trap on older toilets because the trap is not glazed. The water can no longer flow freely as it use to. We decided to go ahead and have all 3 toilets replaced. Ian left and picked up all the materials, installed the new toilets and hauled away the old ones. He left the bathrooms clean and free from debris. The toilets look great and flush great utilizing far less water. This was my second time using Concord Rooter & Plumbing and they did not disappoint.

They came out to estimate the work and determined they were unable to perform it. They explained exactly what the problem was and looked at my previous quote to tell me it was fair price. They have a lot of integrity and the workers seemed very knowledgeable. not trying to hard sell me on something they couldn't perform I find them to be very honest and I assume they know what they're doing if they could tell me that they weren't able to do the work for me.

Requested an appointment to fix a clogged toilet. The tech who came out took one look at the toilet, stated that the tank was working fine and there was an issue with the bowl or the pipes - obviously, as the issue is a clog - and stated that the discoloration in the bowl was calcium buildup. We could either try and treat with CLR, or pay over $800 to have the entire toilet replaced.

I pointed out that the so-called ""calcium buildup"" was in fact just some toilet paper stuck on the inside of the bowl as a result of the toilet not flushing correctly, which the tech completely ignored and continued to tell me there was calcium buildup and the toilet needed replacement.

I called a different company after he left, who arrived within the hour and took less than 5 minutes to unclog the toilet with a snake.

Very frustrating to not be listened to at all, and to have someone try and upsell a brand new toilet rather than attempt any kind of actual diagnostic.

I'd give more stars if I could! Concord Rooter & Plumbing was referred to me by a friend in our community. To start, Marco was super quick to respond to my request. He answered every question I asked with all the detail I needed. Plumber Ian arrived within a few hours of my initial contact with Marco. Ian really knows his stuff, and was very professional. He was respectful of our home while trying to find a leak (source was not obvious) in the wall of our great room, keeping the removal of the wet drywall as minimal as possible. Turned out, as he thought, it was in the fire sprinkler pipe which unfortunately he couldn't repair (only a fire sprinkler company can). Prompt and thorough service at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
