I hired Jason to do some electrical work. He was very friendly and gave me lots of confidence that he could do the work. He told me he was a licensed electrician and bonded. I paid him a deposit and he began the work. After working all day, the job of adding a few circuits and upgrading my system to 200amps was complete. I paid him the rest. The following day, I took a closer look at the work and had some concerns. I brought these up to Jason via a phone call and he refused to address the issues and said I was not an electrician, didn't know what I was talking about, and said it would pass inspection still. I was concerned with the safety of the work, so I had Shelby County Code Enforcement do an inspection and they wrote a citation for Conard Comfort Consultants for """"unsafe work"""". The inspector made a huge list of all the code violations. I then contacted Jason again with this information and he refused to show proof of his electrical license or insurance. The county is now pursuing legal action again Jason for illegally doing contractor work without a license. Jason has refused to answer my attempts to resolve this or get a refund. This is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever worked with, please be careful when hiring him to do any serious work.
