Very Professional and efficient! My kitchen sink was clogged, and needed to be snaked. I had initially called another plumber in the area (Harts Plumbing, zero stars, do not recommend) who said they could not unclog it, and recommended $8,000 in repairs.

I called Conan's Drain Cleaning, who sent a plumber to my house within an hour and cleared the clog in about 20 minutes. The technician was very professional and great at his job. No hidden pricing/surprise charges, no upselling, no BS - Just a very smooth transaction and my sink now works well. They even changed/upgraded a component on my faucet at no charge!

I highly recommend these guys! They were at my home within an hour of my request to clear a clogged drain. Quickly troubleshot the problem and updated my drain and cleared a huge blockage. I had been battling a slow draining kitchen sink for weeks. Drano, hot water, vinegar, baking soda, plunging my brains out. With no dishwasher in my house, dishes were piling up. I would get it draining, kinda. Then it would back up again. Finally, this week, it had pretty much stopped draining. I called Conan's Drain Cleaning and scheduled an appointment. As a single mom of 4 teenagers, the last thing I needed was a major plumbing cata$trophe and I have had my fair share of bad experiences with repair people coming to my home and charging me an arm and a leg. Stand up dudes. Conan and Brent came to the rescue.. Other plumbers wanted to charge us over 300 bucks just to show up.. Conan and Co. answer their phone. Are on time. No calls were returned after multiple messages, Voice mails, text messages. That's the first stage of good business customer service. I tried for a week. Guess a clogged kitchen drain wasn't important or enough revenue. If your too busy... at least just call the client. Found another good plumber through our community FB page.

We had a bizarre issue with our toilets not draining, my husband and I did everything we could find on YouTube, with augers, drain cleaners, etc. This guy came recommended by the community & our trusted plumber. He came as soon as he could, took his time being thorough and explaining what the issue was, called the city himself when it became apparent that their pump failed, and sent us a detailed report.
