I used Compton plumbing for my business and wouldn't call on them again. Between the multiple issues of them not actually resolving anything(I had to call them back the next day after paying them because the issue wasn't even fixed), their technician being hours late with no communication( We coordinate coming in outside of business hours to open up for them) and than the woman who answers the phone who when asked the question of where's the technician that was suppose to be sent here 2 hours ago...she says she'll call us back with an update and then stops answering the phone after not hearing from her for an hour. The technician shows up, 4 hours after the scheduled time, apparently doesn't have the right equipment has to leave again. Comes back and then can't fix the problem?!? 2 whole days later, over $600 paid to them for ""their time"" We had another plumber come out the next day and the issue was RESOLVED. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and wish I had cancelled payment on my checks because they didn't deserve a penny.

We are very pleased with the services we received from Compton Plumbing, from start to finish. They switched out a kitchen faucet and installed a garbage disposal. Our Service Technician, Polsen, was polite, informative, timely, responsible, clean and thorough. We are so pleased to now have a plumber we can trust and rely upon. I also love helping small, family owned businesses.

I have used Tim Compton for several significant repair jobs at my small apartment complex, including an extensive water main repair, twice (in different spots.) Tim is hardworking, honest, dedicated, and fair. After dealing with a number of different plumbers over the past several years, I have finally found one I can wholeheartedly recommend. Mike is a very good plumber and a nice guy as well. He was very professional and thorough. His brother was just as personable and they work well together. They went above and beyond what a lot of tradesmen would have done when they discovered an unexpected problem. They took care of it and I expect have no issues in the future that cannot be taken care of easily because of the access they have now built in to my antiquated system. Everyone from the owner who came by the house to Charity who was right on whatever we needed. I've already recommended them to next door neighbor last night.

There is an old adage: choose 2 from the 3 (quality, speed, price). These guys gave all 3.
I called them on Monday morning, they arrived Monday evening and resolved my blocked drains. They were clean, friendly, and worked efficiently. They also charged me less then half of what I was quoted by a less-reputable company.
