I met John Carpenter when a bad storm went thru my neighborhood. It's amazing how these companies drive thru an affected neighborhood. John volunteered to come into my home to provide some """"advice"""". He had some handheld tool he used which read heat in dry wall, and using it in my home he would recommend water mitigation across the entire rear wall of my home. 2 bedrooms and master bath. His recommendation included the fact that mitigation would include potential carpet replacement and repainting all rooms. I decided not to use him, but instead used one recommended by my insurance co and tree removal company. The recommended company came and looked at the work using a water detection device. Had a tad of water in bedroom below roof damage. Water was in corner of room down about a foot below ceiling and in corner of carpet. It was great to work with an honest company (the one I did recommend) rather than a used car salesman. The estimates provided by John were way overstated and no insurance company would approve. If the homeowner decided to use them anyway they would pay way too much and have a lack of quality problem.

Jay and his crew have been such an amazing help with a pipe burst we have had in our home. They came in, cleaned up the mess, dries out the area and have walked me through each step of the process. Thankful for them and highly recommend!

The owner is upset that I did not use them to replace my roof when they were much higher than competition. They ended up repairing my master bedroom and still isn't finished correctly (almost 100% done).... He says he's going to charge me for an estimate to fix my roof, even though I didn't use him.

John Henderson, of Complete Water Removal was hired to complete water/mold mitigation as well as whole home restoration after a storm hit my house during a roof replacement. From the start I should have realized all the red flags and put an end to what would ultimately be a complete debacle. Every stage of the rebuild was riddled with problems starting with drywall which included buried pre-existing outlets, walls that used to be flat were now bowed and doors that used to close no longer close. In one month the walls were painted THREE times due to subpar, inexperienced cheap laborers. John was rarely at my house. His lack of accountability was evident immediately which is why I forced myself to be there EVERYDAY. John's lack of construction knowledge really shined when he tried to install 3 standard sized bathtubs. The pictures speak for themselves. It got so bad that I literally kicked them out of the bathrooms and banned them from do any further work in there. Wall studs were cut with a saw trying to make the tubs fit, tubs were installed off center, no cement was poured under the tubs as the instructions state. John attempted many facets of this rebuild himself as a way to profit further from what he had been paid current, location-specific rates. During this nightmare John was asked dozens of times to provide the cost for this project which he still has yet to provide. He was overpaid $24,221.17 that he refuses to refund. Which if you read the other negative review on BBB seems to be a pattern. The cost to have a company tear up all the damaged flooring and replace it is $24,805. The cost to have a contractor come out and repair all of Johns mistakes and complete all unfinished tasks is $16,000. The cost to have my pool cement deck recolored is $3500. Reimbursement for tile purchased that could not be returned due to months of delays by HIS company is $1850. Texts, pics and voice recordings will prove my case. there is nothing this man can say that will dispute the evidence i have against him. I instructed John that if he doesn't resolve this that i would move forward with a lawsuit, contact the BBB (which i have), contact the states attorney general, contact the Sherriff's department for contractor Fraud (also done). i've wasted months and months trying to get this man to resolve this issue and his response to me was """"do what you have to"""". so that's what we are doing. attached are just some of the mess he caused us. Mind you, this was a COMPLETE gut and rebuild. everything was supposed to be NEW. this is how this company left my house. These pictures are just a sample of the hundreds i have showing this companies Incompetence. They damaged our house. they refuse to return money that they were over paid for and they refuse to pay for the damaged THEY caused. BEWARE of this company
