I called Complete Sewer Service last minute on a Saturday morning in a panic because my bathtub was completely backed up and about to over flow. Thankfully they answered right away and said they could be over within the hour. Pete was very professional and polite. He fixed my tub in less than 30 minutes and left it spotless! I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future.

I hired Complete Sewer Service because they sounded concerned when I told them about my sewer problem over the phone. They arrived at my house promptly at the time they said they would arrive. You have probably heard all the tales about it costing a ton just to have a plumber step into your home for a repair, and that is almost always the case, but not with these plumbers. I happened on this business by accident. I was at the hardware store buying some DIY supplies, and I saw a card for a plumbing services on the counter in a card holder stand. Coincidentally, my wife and I just had a bathroom remodeled, but the contractor didn't know how to install our new faucet, even with the instructions in front of him, so we needed a real pro to install it. Oh, and the contractor who couldn't install it properly, took the instruction sheet with him by accident. I took a chance and called Complete Sewer service, and reached Peter, who told me they did free estimates, and they'd be glad to take a look at it. It was around zero degrees out on the day they came, and snowy. Peter and Tony arrived, took their shoes off, and came in to our home. They were incredibly friendly right off, and they went to work right away. The handles on the faucet were sitting on the fixture, but they weren't assembled correctly, and you could pull them off just by touching them. Tony, a great guy, studied the faucet and handles carefully. He easily figured out how to install them correctly, and mind you, this was complicated to do, I tried it myself, and was confounded by the complexity. It is a Grohe set, and it does not have a straight forward installation. Tony installed the thing perfectly, without instructions. He was fantastic! We also needed our kitchen pipes replaced, so Tony and Peter did that job too, fast, and they even replaced the basket strainer, making the sink look brand new. We also had them come out again to fix a small leak in a bathroom pipe that our condo maintenance staff installed, and they wouldn't take any money for it, since Tony felt he should have noticed it beforehand. These two guys are incredible, seriously. Their skill, integrity, honesty and friendliness are extraordinarily rare in plumbers, but their rates are even more astounding. I paid half as much as the first two estimates we received from other highly touted plumbers. I have recommended these guys around town, and hopefully some of those friends will utilize them for their plumbing needs. These guys are praiseworthy, and a solid five stars across the board. I want to personally thank Peter and Tony once again for their great work! Fantastic!
