Marco is wonderful!
We hired him to work on a few different projects around the house - kitchen sink, toilets, water heater replacement, and more. He's always on time, professional, friendly, and responds in a timely manner.
Two things I would like to highlight after multiple interactions with Marco. First he did very clean and professional work - left our garage clean exactly as he found it. Second, he was super honest and patient with us. Took a lot of time explaining things and answered all the questions we had.
Our water heater had a bad leak, called him around 8pm, and he was able to come the very next morning at 7am. Worked the whole day to replace our old nasty water heater (and hauled it away), and installed a drainer for us in case there was another leak.
It's always stressful when you have plumbing issues, but Marco made it easy for us every single time. We highly recommend him!

Not responsible enough for my taste. Unresponsive and doesn't keep appointments. They work is inconsistent and they installed a furnace piece incorrectly and ultimately it was realized that the piece was broken upon installation. No Bueno

I was having a draining issue between our kitchen and laundry sinks. I left a message and Marco called back promptly and was at my house within an hour. Work is guaranteed and he was thorough in inspecting our line all the way to the street to make sure we didn't have any other hidden issues. Thank you!!!

I can't say enough positive things about this plumber. I had an Emergency situation at my Napa home late Friday evening, a clogged kitchen sink that was not improving with mulitple rounds of Draino. I attempted to take apart the drain trap myself and unfortunately broke the connection to under the basin. He responded promptly, and was available at 8pm when most plumbers were telling me they weren't available until the following week. He worked incredibly hard to repair the damage, clear the line, and went above and beyond to make sure the area was cleaned up afterwards. The cost I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely use him in the future and would recommend to others.

Left a message on the answering machine and got called back pretty quick. Marco came same day to repair a toilet, and a leaking bathtub faucet. He was in and out the same day. Really happy with his work. Price was fair, work was clean. 10/10 would hire again.

Marco showed up on time with all the COVID safeties in place.
We had Complete Plumbing Works install a seismic gas shutoff valve, and Marco performed the job to our total satisfaction. We highly recommend CPW and Marco for any plumbing job and will most definitely use this company in the future!

More like Complete laziness or Complete moron. Called Marco for a multi thousand dollar job. Told him where parking space is and he found it but couldn't count the 13 houses between there and our house. I called him and said to walk up the flat walkway 800' to our home; he said he didn't want the job. If he's in a wheelchair, I'll cut him slack....but if not, and he's too lazy or can't count to 13....you should only use him in a dire emergency, and if you have parking right outside.
