I wish I were able to give them a minus 5 rating. They are absolutely the worst. They were referred to us by the warranty company. THEY R A SCAM.....John called before coming out that we would need to replace the water heater and that we could do a cash out and pay for the service up front and then be reimbursed by the warranty company and that he could replace the water heater for $1300. How could he know that before even seeing anything? Once he came he once again said that the water heater needed to be replaced but he could come back the next day instead of waiting for the home warranty company. We have not heard from him. DO NOT USE!

I was assigned JOHN from this company by my home warranty company. He came day 1 looked at everything, I paid him the warranty fee and then when he was to come back.. he was a no show. All calls went right to his voicemail and he ignored my texts. I had to get someone else to.do.the job!!! Complete Scam is a better company name!

CPS was assigned to me by my home warranty. They son of the owner showed up to do the initial inspection and I wrote the $100 check that is required by the home warranty. He said that he would call me the next morning and that was the last I heard from him. I can't get a return call nor can I reach anyone with their company. This has every indication of a scam.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Totally unreliable and unprofessional. They rescheduled my initial appointment...showed up late when they finally did show up and did not fix the issue when they did. Cut a hole in my wall and did not find anything. Said to call them if it happened again..I did and they never returned...No showed on me twice and Ignored my calls and texts...I'm going to ask my home warranty company to remove them from their directory so no one else has to experience such horrible customer service.

A BIG FAT ZERO STARS for Complete Plumbing Systems REFERRED BY HMS Home Warranty. Frick and Frack came out to my home 2hrs late after I being told they were only 20min away from my home. They showed up, played around with the tub/shower faucet (took it apart), shut off main water valve, then told me they didn't have the parts needed to repair leaky faucet and promised to return 2 days later with equipment to repair. Well 2 days later I leave early from work and neither Frick nor Frack from Complete Plumbing Systems show up--NO CALL, NO SHOW, NO RETURN OF MY PHONE MESSAGES!!
I call again on the day after the NO SHOW and JOHN answers as if he would answer his personal cell. After voicing my displeasure in customer service with NO CALL NO SHOW, John acts as if it wasn't his fault and said he didn't have time to get the parts/they ordered the parts, but hadn't received them yet and someone should've called me ----Um YEAH! YOU should've called me!! He gives a weak apology then assures me I would be first on service call list 2 days later for early Saturday (9-11am time window) says he would have to come by, shut off water, take apart my tub/faucet fixture and take to plumbing company to see if they have parts in stock. HUH? But a minute ago he had just told me they had ordered the parts----LIAR!!! Anywho several Saturdays have come and gone without so much as a phone call from these people. Once you pay for the initial service call visit or deductible from home warranty company, BEWARE!! because they may just take your money then disappear without returning to do repairs as promised!!! THUMBS DOWN, I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

They came out and cut a hole in the ceiling drywall to search for a leak in the plumbing. They couldn't find one, so left. Luckily they didn't repair the drywall, because it started leaking again so they were called back. Still unable to find the leak. So, whatever. Chalk it up to condensation (yeah, right). FIVE MONTHS LATER after a dozen phone conversations, still have a hole in my drywall. Called in someone else because I can't wait any longer. More than enough due diligence and patience has been expended by me.

The professional was exceptional, I actually spoke to a live person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment the same day as they had a cancellation. The guys JonT. and helper came in did the work, cleaned up behind themselves and shared with extensive knowledge of everything they did and gave me a recommendation on other plumbing services I was looking forward to completing.

Like the other reviewers I was given to this company because of my home warranty . Not sure why the home warranty continues with such a company.
I had a main drain clog, and it took 5 days for them to show up. I couldn't wash my hands, shower, or flush a toilet for 5 days. The guy finally shows up and says, Oh this is for a main drain clog? I don't have the equipment for that. He tells me that he has to rent the equipment and needs a helper to handle that type of job and somehow the job wasn't put in the system to tell him that it was this type of problem.
SO he promises I am now his #1 priority, that if he had known he would have come sooner and with the equipment etc. He says he will be back the following day 1st thing in the morning to get this handled.

Well the next morning he doesn't show up, I call and I am told he is still coming but running late. But I was his 1st appointment so how can he be late? They said he had another emergency call. Well I don't know how an emergency could be more than mine, after 5 days of no services to my entire house! He finally shows up around dinner time. Him and his buddy do not have any drop clothes or anything and required me to supply old towels or blankets if I want to protect my floors. I provided huge painters plastic covers because I just moved into this house and it is BRAND NEW carpet. they put all the plastic around, and started to work. They bitched the entire time about how next time they will let michael and sons handle the job that they won't do anymore of these main drain clogs. They though they pulled some paper towels out of the line and that it would be fixed. SO he tells me to run up and turn some faucets on. I turned on a bunch of faucets and then I hear SCREAMING TURN IT OFF TURN IT OFF. I turn everything off and run down to see what the problem is. Well he still had the huge snake in the line so he didn't have it capped and as the water ran DOWN into the basement it came flying out of the top of the pipe and all over the place! Black sewage water everywhere!

So the guy thinks since he got some paper towels out the problem is fixed he slowly pulls the snake out and then closes the cap and starts running water. Finds out it isn't fixed. now he has to start over and he is clearly not happy. SO him and his partner bitch again about it. They ran all the snakes they had 75 feet down go a few more things out, paper towels and baby wipes... (I just moved in and so this was something someone else did).

They pull out their equipment and lift up the plastic and I am SHOCKED. The walls, the ceiling, the carpet are splattered with all kinds of black water, and waste. He didn't want to get rid of the contaminated plastic, he wanted me to. This is sewage, it should be handled in a certain way, safety! When they left (wish I could attach a picture) my closet had pieces of paper towels and waste all over it. He says are you satisfied I said no, I am not sure how I am supposed to clean that up. He says when you can I would just paint over this and get a rug scrubber!!!

He took a rag and did a QUICK wipe down and that was IT. My NEW carpet literally had to be ripped up. I mean you can't get rid of SEWAGE by painting over it and a little scrubbing! Ever heard of diseases? They also didn't seem to care if their gloves that were soaked in sewage were laid down on my sinks and counters and things. I am not sure of anyone that just wants raw sewage thrown about their house haphazardly.

I also had a 2nd issue with the drain a few weeks later. So the company was supposed to come back out. I waited 3 days and they never called to give me an appointment. I called them and they said their system is down but they will call me by the end of the day. Never heard from them. I tried multiple times, my warranty company called them and they would say they will call me and they never did. 2 WEEKS go by and I don't even have an APPOINTMENT. I finally talk to someone and they said well we don't have the equipment for a main drain stoppage. I said you did before, I mean you had to rent it but you got it done. But worse yet is why don't you call me and say we can't help you instead of leaving me hanging... or RESPOND to the warranty company and let them know that they sent you a job you aren't even able to handle. To know a customer can't use their bathrooms and showers and to not say anything just let the job sit in the system is ridiculous.

Their name implies they are a COMPLETE Plumbing system but obviously NOT. They can't handle one of the major plumbing issues... a drainage clog.

I would NEVER ever use this company. They trashed my house, and are terrible with handling things in a timely manner. Terrible experience.

Our home warranty company sent John / Complete Plumbing to fix a bathtub faucet that wasn't working. John came on Saturday with a helper attempted to fix the faucet and then let me know that it was too warn out. However now the faucet can't be shut off and the cold water was running full force in the tub and the only way to cut it off was to cut the water to the whole house which is what we did. He said he needed access behind the wall and I said we would have that done. John and his helper were going to Home Depot to buy new faucets and I quickly within an hour had someone come and take the tile down so he would have access. John left a little before 2pm to go to Home Depot and never returned, called or anything. We waited until 5pm before calling my warranty company because I thought maybe he was lost or couldn't find what he needed and went elsewhere. He called the warranty company at 3pm to tell them he couldn't complete the job and to dispatch another company. They in turn never phoned me with that info. But please tell me how professionally or morally you leave a househould of 7 without water (of course you know that means no toilet water, water to brush your teeth, water for dog bowls, etc.) for the rest of the weekend. If I could give -10 stars I would.

Jon T came out within 24 hours as the representative of my home warranty company but the work turned out not to be covered by the warranty. Despite that, he did all the work to unclog the main line to the septic tank, replumb the P-trap under the bathroom sink and even gave me pointers on how to clean the water heater and deal with well water. He had to go and get more equipment and a helper but even so, finished the job in a single day, cleaned up and put everything back the way he found it. In addition the cost was far less thanI expected. Very helpful information, quality service and professional job for a reasonable fee. He is now my plumber for anything my place in Calvert County will need.
