Very quick to respond on initial contact. Very nice and helpful. Unfortunately a typical contractor. After leaving initial visit never heard from him again! No estimate ever came, no repairs ever made. Company should have at least told me they didn't want the job so I could look elsewhere. Glad I didn't get the job started with this company!

we had a shower leak and needed someone to get here quickly. Jeff answerEd the phone when I called and was at our property the very next day. He let us know when he was on his way and did an excellent job of communicating He fixed the problem and also gave us some tips on how to better maintain the plumbing in our cabin. Don't bother calling this guy. He's a total jerk. Acted like I was an inconvenience for calling him. He took all my information and told me he would come by the next day. I never heard from him again. Don't waste your time.

Best plumbing company in town! I had a problem with an object stuck in my sewer line and I had another company stop by and the guy threw in the towel after like 2 hours of not being able to get it out and charged me almost double what complete charged me and Steve got it out in 2 hours.

This guy is one rude jack wagon.
Walked in his office and never said nothing. He got off the phone and still never said anything not be with you in a minute nothing. Talk about awkward. Then was ignored that i walked inn.

Jeff replaces my water pressure regulator valve! He was great and it did not cost an arm and a leg. He was super informative about all sorts of other plumbing things too. Checked out my toilet, my garbage disposal! It was great local service. I'll call again in a heartbeat if I need other plumbing services.

Had a leaky kitchen sink. Even though this was no emergency, he was able to come over within 15 minutes and repaired the sink within 15 minutes. Very prompt, efficient and professional. He even put up with my bad jokes! I highly recommend!

I am so pleased with the professional service from Complete Plumbing Services. I spoke with the owner, Jeff, on the phone who was very prompt and helpful. He sent Steve to our home right away to help us with our water heater troubles. Steve was very knowledgable, honest and helpful. He fixed the immediate concern quickly and for a very reasonable fee and offered suggestions for improving our situation for the long term without any pushy sales pressure. Very friendly and efficient. Couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs. The other company I called in Cedar that had good reviews on google did not answer the phone during business hours and despite my leaving a detailed voicemail, never called me back. After a few days of waiting for a call, I finally called Complete Plumbing and am glad I did!
