Outstanding!! Our tankless water heater froze up and split an internal line. Jeff came over to take a look and scheduled a replacement for the next day.
He was on time, did exactly what he told me he was going to do, and was done and it was working in about 2 hours. The bill was way less than the quote he gave me. Will call him for any other plumbing issues we have and will highly recommend him to others.

My water heater went out and Shannon was able to get me in the same day I called. Jeff came out a little later to assist in removal of the old and installation of the new water heaters. The whole process took less than a few hours which included Shannon's run to pick up the new water heater. While here, they also helped fix a leak in my water softener pipes. Both were professional and pleasant. Cost for repairs was very reasonable and came in a little lower than expected. Would DEFINITELY recommend Complete Plumbing Services to anyone and will definitely keep their number handy for future plumbing needs!

I paid Jeff to fix a leaking bathroom faucet, 3 days later I called and told him the faucet was still leaking, he said he was busy. It's been 3 weeks and Jeff has and not called to make an appt. to finish the job.

Awesome experience, water heater wouldn't relight after flood waters in the basement put out the pilot. Jeff came right away first thing in the morning and took the burner apart and cleaned and dried it out well. He got it relit and tested to make sure that it would stay lit. I was worried that I would have to replace the water heater on top of the other expenses that the flooding brought. The charges were very reasonable.
