Worst customer service. Asked for a estimate gave us attitude that he is very busy. Said to call next week. We did then he said he can't help us that he is even mote busy.

Excellent plumbers and union-trained so they know what they're doing. These plumbers do the job right the first time with quality parts.

Had to call them out to fix a leaky toilet and within 24 hours, repair was complete. While the leak was from a bolt, it was recommended we swap out the ""guts"" because they were pretty old and likely to fail soon. Yep, that was definitely true. Now, no need to worry about this toilet for years to come.

Before leaving, asked a few questions about other plumbing work (kitchen faucet low water pressure / replacement, sump pump installation), and the plumber was very professional and helpful about giving information (kitchen faucet) or saying it would be better for his boss to come quote the work (sump pump).

We called Complete Plumbing back a couple of weeks later for a second toilet that developed float valve issues and needed a shutoff valve replacement (Murphy's Law, for real!) and also to do the kitchen faucet replacement. Note, we purchased our own Moen faucet from Costco -- no questions or trouble about installing hardware we didn't purchase from them. Both jobs are complete, and the work is EXCELLENT!

Easy to schedule and they take credit cards for payment. Arrived on time, friendly and cleaned up the site better than I did to prep for them!

Highly, highly recommend Complete Plumbing! WORTH IT all around!

Super easy to work with and very responsive. Part of my job ended up being much more complicated than originally expected (based on the odd construction of my building, not due to anything done/missed by Complete). They were able to figure out a solution and still got everything done in the amount of time I expected. And except for the shinny new valves and new shower pan, I would not have even know they were there..it was just as clean as I left it. I would definitely work with them again. Thanks!!!

These guys were great! We flooded and needed to update a significant amount of plumbing (install ejector pit, 2 sump pumps). They were very quick to write up a proposal. Work started a few weeks later, they were fast and cleaned everything. Highly recommended!!!!
