I was in the midst of recommending Complete Plumbing on my neighborhood website and searched the internet for the contact info. A negative review came up and I wanted to add some balance. We had a very good experience with Complete Plumbing. Our water heater pipe burst on a Saturday morning and started flooding our basement. The owner came to our house personally with very short notice. We used their service along with a carpet/wall restoration service and both did a very good job.

I have been very patient with getting things resolved with this company and now I don't care and will leave a review. This company had an incident with one of their techs that came out to fix our Swamp Cooler. He ended smoking a cigarette on our roof while fixing it and the blower sucked all the air into our house and filled it with smoke. So unprofessional. It made my wife sick and she had to leave the house because it was so bad. Also, they told me it would be fixed in a day. Well it started raining at the end of the day so they would come back tomorrow and finish it up. They came back way late in the day and didnt finish it. Ended up turning into 4 visits over a week. The owner Mark came out because he heard about our horrible experience with one of his employees, he wanted to 'take care of his clients' and 'appreciated our business'. He was very nice. I asked him to charge our different credit card and reimburse the one they had on file. He said no problem and he would take care of it for us asap. Well, we are at A MONTH LATER and still has not been corrected. I have called more than 5 times this past few weeks and Im told it will get done that week ""when Mark is in the office"". The receptionist continually tells me that he will be in the office to fix it. I call back later and she says Oh he wont be in the office. So the owner is so busy that he is not in the office for the past 4 WEEKS!!! What kind of owner is this?! He said he appreciates his clients but apparently only to get their money and then disregard them. He doesn't appreciate his clients and is not making any effort to remedy the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Look elsewhere where they actually care about their clients and take care of them. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED and will be making sure I never recommend them to anyone.

Holy cow what a scam! Elderly people beware! My central AC was blowing hot air. I Called and scheduled a service call. They didn't call before they came like they stated they would. I called them and they stated they weren't coming and I had to reschedule. I told them I took the day off for them to show up. They stated they would come right over. I told them the problem had already been diagnosed by a previous tech from another company but could not be completed due to health reasons on his part.

The owner of complete showed up and was here for less than five minutes. He hooked his gauges up to check the refrigerant level. He stated it was empty and I may have a leak. He stated he was going to put a pound of refrigerant in the system even after I told him the previous tech just put 2 lbs in and there was no leak. Why would you put refrigerant in the system if you thought it had a leak? Of course adding a pound did nothing. He arrived at the same conclusion the previous tech did, duh? Bad compression valve. He popped his head in the attic and then proceeded to write an estimate. $1250 dollars! He then stated I owed $148 for the alleged ""pound"" of refrigerant (R22) $18 a pound in reality. (look it up). How did he know it was a pound? Could have been a half or none at all. Either way a rip off. $75 trip charge that was supposed to be waived if no work was performed. Most places do a free or negligible trip charge FYI. So $220 for a less then 5 minute visit with no work performed. Called 3 other AC places Refrigerant is $35-40 retail and the actual job would be $500-600 a 4-5 hr job, not close to $1470. Beware!!
