Literally could not have asked for a better experience. Peter answered my call after two rings and was at my house in 45 minutes to figure out why my furnace wasn't working. I really appreciate that he troubleshot the easier possible solutions to my problem before diving into the more complicated details. Unfortunately it was a bit of a complicated issue but he stuck with the job until it was done. He suggested some things I can do to keep the issue from recurring which I really appreciate. He was professional, kind, and respectful of my home. Price was fantastic as well! I can't recommend him more strongly!

My problem was a blocked underground drain pipe. The plumber failed to clear the pipe. I purchased a sump pump and a hose, which I didn't have before. He installed a hose, charged me $480 for it and asked for the money right away, suggesting that he would send me a receipt later. The next day I noticed dripping from the hose connection and asked him to come and fix it. But he never showed up, ignored my messages, and never sent me a receipt for the payment. The plumber's name is Peter Kisselbrock. Stay away from him. He is ignorant, careless, and unprofessional.
