I was in a bind on a house I am selling in Tracy: the toilet started leaking randomly while we were staging. I called Hector from Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist, and he came out immediately. He and his colleague were respectful of the home, and of me as the listing agent and the Sellers who were remote. He called them immediately to share the problem, get their consent to fix it. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up and was out before my photographer arrived. I was impressed with his responsiveness and strong work ethic, as well as ability to identify & fix the problem in a timely manner. Hector literally saved the day! I will definitely be calling Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist anytime I need a plumber in the Tracy area!!

Saved my day! I phoned and the owner ""Hector"" answered immediately. He was able to arrive within 3 hours. The estimate he provided was very reasonable, Hector broke down the labor details, and the hardware I would or perhaps would NOT need. He and his worker arrived Covid Ready with masks, gloves and shoe covers. He repaired my faucet and saved me a ton of money! I was able to get away with spending LESS than I could of spent. This is due to Hector's knowledge and complete understanding of my situation. He is sharp and I would definitely hire this business again. Bilingual too, which I think is a plus.

Coincidentally, last week I did phone him again regarding my low water pressure problem. We scheduled an appt and he showed up, again, on time. Hector gave me tips on how I can fix it myself. He did not charge me for this visit which is unheard of.

Let me just start off by saying I'm doing a renovation of rental property 90 minutes away from where I live, so it's important to find reliable business owners and contractors who are reliable, competent, affordable and do not waste my time. During this reno, I had leaking of the water heater that required immediate attention. Hector responded quickly, and was scheduled to come the next day. He kept in communication throughout the process, explained my options to replace the water heater, and offered additional safeguards that would save me future repairs or damage in the future. He was so thorough. His follow up was exceptional! He led me through the inspection process. I've called Hector for another repair at the property, and once again he exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience with Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist. My water heater finally gave out late one weekday afternoon. I reached out and set up an appointment for them to come out and evaluate the same day. They showed up on time, evaluated the situation, and provided me with a quote. They quickly removed the old system, procured a new water heater, and installed the new water heater within five hours. Additionally, they took care of the permit required to do the water heater swap and met with the city inspector. Everything went smooth and I would highly recommend Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist for all your plumbing needs.

Had an issue with a water leak in slab. Called Complete Plumbing & Drain and Spoke with Hector who was able to come the next day to
inspect and give an estimate for repair. Repair was scheduled as soon as possible. Hector and Luis showed up on time as scheduled Hector explained to me the steps they need to take for repairs and updated me to findings. I needed to have the laundry box and water valves replaced which they did. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. That evening The water in the kitchen sink was not flowing through. I called Hector and They came out first thing in the morning. More than happy to say that it was not due to work done but because of a clogged hose on faucet, which they fixed for me. I don't use social media to often or even at all but i thought good work deserves good praise. I would recommend Complete Plumbing & Drain Specialist to anyone with plumbing issues and/or concerns. Hector did a great job installing a whole house water filter at my house. He even spent extra time showing me how to exchange the filters properly on my own. I would definitely recommend his services and will be calling him for any plumbing needs I have in the future !!!

Had issue with water leaking behind drywall. Called Hector easy and quick schedule for next day. With Hector's investigations, it turns out I might had a bigger problem than I thought I had. Rat had chew into my drain pipe close to concrete. Hector was able to schedule me for next day repair and he was able to repair without having to do excavation which reduce cost almost by half.
