I called because my toilet was leaking all over my new floor. They were here and my problem fixed within 3 hours. I asked them if they could look at my shower. My shower was fixed also. They were respectful of our home by wearing shoe covers. They were very polite. I recommend this business.

A different company(corporation) informed us that our water heater likely had a broken temperature sensor, so we called this company to fix it because they installed it about 2 years ago. Within a minute or two of arriving to inspect the water heater, he knew it was NOT the water heater, but suspected a leaking pipe somewhere under the house. He and his coworker use shoe covers without us asking him to. I mentioned the possibility of the leak being one of the toilets that we know was hooked up improperly during construction over 30 years ago. Even though he knew it was a leak under the house and not this toilet, he still patiently checked it, thoroughly too-not just one look, and it wasn't leaking. Long story short, he was right, he and his coworker found the leak in a hot water pipe under the house, letting out steaming hot water through a 1mm round pinhole. Not only was he on time, he came 10 minutes EARLY-AND had it repaired within 2 hours! One hour and 41 minutes total, I looked on our security cameras to be sure of the time. I was surprised to have people who were unexpectedly considerate and careful. They are professional and respectful. He deserves to be charging twice what he does charge, and is worth it. Thank you for going above and beyond, and doing a wonderful job Hector and Miguel!

We've only been moved into our new house in Tracy a few weeks, when we noticed we had two leaks underneath our kitchen sink tonight... it must have been leaking for a while. Everything beneath the sink was wet... we called for a plumber at 7pm on a Friday night, and Hector showed up within the hour! He fixed both leaks and installed a new faucet for us! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again for our future plumbing needs. The kids are already back to doing the dishes!

The guy spent more time writing my receipt then he did snaking my pipe. He pulled one chunk of roots out then would not snake anymore because he didn't want to get it stuck.... highly not recommended.

First of all, when setting up the appointment for the consultation, Hector was super friendly and set me up for all the expectations. Once he came out and assessed our plumbing damage within our crawl space, the problem came down to previous tenants trying to patch up a cracked plumbing pipes with some cheap covering materials and paste. This cause all drainage to get stuck between the cracks and causing a major backup, flooding and nasty odor. Hector was quickly able to get the supplies he needed and immediately serviced our home. They came in with masks and continually kept their distance while explaining everything he was doing. The flooding in my shower has been fixed and I can now resume using my home. He and his colleague were respectful of the home, and of me as the listing agent and the Sellers who were remote. He called them immediately to share the problem, get their consent to fix it. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up and was out before my photographer arrived.
