A little background before I begin the review: We live in San Juan Bautista, in a 60+yr old house with the original plumbing.....I know. Basically our drain pipes crumbled upon touch.

To our story, our kitchen sink plugged up a week ago and we tried 3 different local/Hollister plumbers to come out ASAP to give us an estimate and fix the damage. 1 out of the 3 came....two days later.....and QUICKLY assessed the house and pipes. The other plumbers were so busy, they couldn't get to us until the following week. Keep in mind, Hollister is a small/everyone knows your business town, so believe me trucks in their driveways proved they weren't that busy. Something about business dealings in Hollister and most owners are put out by having to enlist their services.....

Anyways, fast forward to my Yelp find of Complete Plumbing and Mike was out at our house the next day. He was there for 20-30mins with Joe (his coworker) climbing under the house, drawing a map, and assessing all the pipes. It was very impressive comparatively. We got our estimate and within 2 working days they were out working their butts off in the rain. Not an exaggeration. They worked from 9:30 until about 6-7pm with barely a lunch break. I cannot recommend Complete Plumbing enough. They were fast, professional, and hard working. As a cliche, it is so hard to find good workers these days, and these guys are them. Everyone at that job site, I think it was Mike's brother, Joe, and Mike, went above and beyond for us. Please stop looking and hire them now! Hardest most diligent group of guys I've encountered in a business in a long time!

What a wonderful experience we had with Complete Plumbing Jan 3.
The work they did--two top notch plumbers in just a few hours:
Re-piped Hot and Cold Kitchen lines and Hot to Dishwasher.
[That involved one man under the house while the other under the kitchen sink].
Repaired Toilet in Master Bath.
Repaired Mainline Supply.
Replaced Washer Machine Hoses.
They even raised laundry shelf for
me so i could open my washer lid.

They were so competent--there is that confidence that comes with experts in their field,
at the same time they were courteous and approachable.
We felt that we could ask questions without feeling that we were annoying them--
appreciated that we weren't treated just old doddies in a senior complex.


They lay out large mats in each area to protect the floors.
Also, they left each area -- the kitchen, laundry , a bathroom,-- cleaner, - when they left it!
This job done so excellently, timely and with as much respect to our mobile home as any
other standard house. (It isn't easy to find plumbers that do mobile home intricate work).

Talk about being impressed!!

After dealing with a myriad of plumbers and dispatchers over the phone and out at the house who did not work out, we were fortunate to discover Complete Plumbing. Mike Torculas assessed our problem and laid out his plan for us including the total cost. Within a the estimated time for completion, the job was finished and our problem was resolved. His estimate came in right on the money and was half of the cost estimated by our previous lowest bidder. Other plumbers attempted to up-sell us with work that far exceeded that necessary to resolve the problem. Complete Plumbing is just that... Complete.

Hands down, one of the BEST plumbers in the area. I had an emergency call to Mike as my water heater broke and was spilling water everywhere. Mike came quickly and calmly shut off the water to prevent any further flooding. After a quick assessment of the situation, he found out that the water heater was defective and then he was able to deliver a brand new one immediately (this is on a saturday by the way and to order a brand new water heater to be delivered an hour later is unheard of). Mike knew the urgency and understood that I needed to get the water heater back up and running as soon as possible so he called up his team and they arrived 10 minutes later. Within an hour, Mike was able to stop the leak, order the water heater, install the new water heater and get everything up and running. UNBELIEVABLE! Even after his job was done, Mike and his team went above and beyond as they spotted a potential problem with the vents and went ahead to fix it at no extra charge. By far Complete Plumbing is the best service available in the area and I would highly recommend giving the a call!

My tenet complains about this bath room leaking problem that's going on for a long while. I tried all ""5 star"" plumbers in Salinas on Yelp. Only Complete Plumbing can solve my problem. Keep up the good job, Mike!

I Called Mike Torculas from Complete Plumbing because the other plumber wouldn't even check under the sink to see what was wrong. I knew something was up when he walked in without a flashlite. I called Complete Plumbing that same morning and Mike said he would be here after 3. He and Joe (his helper) came promptly and fixed everything. My kitchen has a new faucet which Mike drove to Home Depot to puchase for me and I must say he's got excellent taste. They even put in my new toilet and that was a side job. I couldn't be happier and calmer. Mike is professional, knowledgable and always calls you back in a timely manner. Thank you SO much Mike and Joe. You are my number 1 plumber. I've already given out his name and number to 4 of my lady friends.

The guys from Complete plumbing showed up at the agree time, were very polite and professional. As they looked at the job, they made suggestions that would not increase their bill but would make long term maintenance much easier for the homeowner, in fact reducing possible future income. I felt they were very trust worthy and would have them do work if I was at home or away on business. Knowing things would be handled well. Would suggest you try them anytime you need a great plumber.

We hired Mike to solve a problem with our bathtub and he was on time and professional. Instead of trying to sell a new fixture, he found he balancing valve was frozen and replaced it. We then had him install a new water heater, which was done the next day and is a great improvement. We will call him again if we have any more plumbing problems.

I found Mike Torculas and his helper Micah from my contractor. I called him in after 2 visits by another plumber had failed to fix several problems . He fixed the items and I used him to do other work on the properties. I had a good quote and Mike did everything he promised and more. We had PG&E out for a gas leak. They inspected 2 water heaters, and said the one Mike had put in was done the way it should be done. The other which was done by another company, not so much. I would recommend Mike highly if you are looking for a good plumber, at a good price, who does a great job.
