I have to agree with Marnie about Mike performing where others could or would not.

We discovered we were getting gouged for pricing by our plumber on a water heater by hundreds of dollars.

Desperate for a plumber who get there on-site fast, who would break out costs to explain their billing, and who we felt comfortable with, we called several plumbers and found Mike.

Easy to talk to, totally transparent in how he justifies his pricing, completely honest. He showed up when and where he said he would, the job cost what he said it would, and I now have very happy tenants. The situation didn't feel like buying a used car - and we didn't get gouged. The invoice was on my desk via email by lunch. Done. Easy - just how it should be.

Finding a trusted contractor is hard. IMHO, you can stop searching and just call Mike at Complete Plumbing. Thanks, Mike !!!

Sewer Main Clean out of our home was ancient, needing to be replaced, and the sewer line was clogged downstream by roots. Mike and his crew are excellent, their work replacing the main clean out and the work of clearing the line s excellent.

Mike took the time the night prior and texted me a drawing of what I could do in way or prep work, if I so desired, which would make their job go faster the next day, and result in dollar savings for me on the overall cost of the job.

i highly recommend Mike and his crew and will call him again when I need work done. This is the second job Mike has done at our home, I have received professional work and a fair market price each time. Thanks Mike and Crew !

Mike and his crew are awesome! I was told by other plumbers they either couldn't or wouldn't fix my problem, and my only recourse was to replace everything for over $1,200.00.
Complete Plumbing did their research before coming out and easily diagnosed the problem. In around an hour they had my shower up & running and leak free with no mess left in the bathroom. All for under $200.00! Will definitely call them again.

I had Mike out from Complete Plumbing last night to fix an old rotted drain pipe under my kitchen sink. This is the second time I have used Complete Plumbing (first time was for a clogged bathtub) and they'll be my go-to guys for any future plumbing needs.

I called on a Tues and was told the soonest he could make it out to my house (after 5 per my request) was Thursday evening. That was fine with me. I called Mike around 6pm on Thursday evening to make sure we were still on the schedule and he said absolutely, he would be there by 7:00. Sure enough, 7:00 on the dot and Mike pulled up in his van.

He immediately assessed the situation, told me he could have the work done on the spot and the price he quoted me was much less than I expected. As soon as I agreed to have the work done he was off to the van to gather all the tools and materials. He cut out the old pipe, put in the new, slapped it all back together, tested for leaks AND cleaned up his mess all within an hour and by 8:00 I had my sink back and he had a check in his hand!

Mike is a nice guy who works quick and at a very reasonable rate. Bonus for giving my two young kids little LED keychain flashlights... They loved them! My daughter even drew him a picture with a smiley face that said ""thank you for plumming ""... lol!

Good job, Mike! We appreciate the work and I'll be calling you when I'm ready to put that bathroom back together!

they responded quickly with my first initial call, explained that we need a sewage line replacement and is looking for 2nd bids as it is a major job. They said no problem, got the address and said they will work on it. Never responded back !!! Maybe they don't want to be bidding against other business but they could have told me up front instead of having me wait.

This is as good as it gets. Had a plumbing problem, found these guys on Yelp. Called up, Mike said he had guys in the area on another job, and they could be over in about an hour. Guys showed up on-time, big truck with all the fixins', and they went to work. Took about an hour for them to fix the problem, bill me, and be on their way. Pricing was very reasonable for their expertise. On the way out, Rob gave me a magnet with their phone number on it, which I promptly slapped on the fridge as he was walking out the door. These are my new go-to guys for any water problems. One hour response -- it doesn't get any better than that. Well done guys.

A little background before I begin the review: We live in San Juan Bautista, in a 60+yr old house with the original plumbing.....I know. Basically our drain pipes crumbled upon touch.

To our story, our kitchen sink plugged up a week ago and we tried 3 different local/Hollister plumbers to come out ASAP to give us an estimate and fix the damage. 1 out of the 3 came....two days later.....and QUICKLY assessed the house and pipes. The other plumbers were so busy, they couldn't get to us until the following week. Keep in mind, Hollister is a small/everyone knows your business town, so believe me trucks in their driveways proved they weren't that busy. Something about business dealings in Hollister and most owners are put out by having to enlist their services.....

Anyways, fast forward to my Yelp find of Complete Plumbing and Mike was out at our house the next day. He was there for 20-30mins with Joe (his coworker) climbing under the house, drawing a map, and assessing all the pipes. It was very impressive comparatively. We got our estimate and within 2 working days they were out working their butts off in the rain. Not an exaggeration. They worked from 9:30 until about 6-7pm with barely a lunch break. I cannot recommend Complete Plumbing enough. They were fast, professional, and hard working. As a cliche, it is so hard to find good workers these days, and these guys are them. Everyone at that job site, I think it was Mike's brother, Joe, and Mike, went above and beyond for us. Please stop looking and hire them now! Hardest most diligent group of guys I've encountered in a business in a long time!

What a wonderful experience we had with Complete Plumbing Jan 3.
The work they did--two top notch plumbers in just a few hours:
Re-piped Hot and Cold Kitchen lines and Hot to Dishwasher.
[That involved one man under the house while the other under the kitchen sink].
Repaired Toilet in Master Bath.
Repaired Mainline Supply.
Replaced Washer Machine Hoses.
They even raised laundry shelf for
me so i could open my washer lid.

They were so competent--there is that confidence that comes with experts in their field,
at the same time they were courteous and approachable.
We felt that we could ask questions without feeling that we were annoying them--
appreciated that we weren't treated just old doddies in a senior complex.


They lay out large mats in each area to protect the floors.
Also, they left each area -- the kitchen, laundry , a bathroom,-- cleaner, - when they left it!
This job done so excellently, timely and with as much respect to our mobile home as any
other standard house. (It isn't easy to find plumbers that do mobile home intricate work).

Talk about being impressed!!
