Complete Plumbing owner, Mike, returned my call. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences between hot water heater brands and between tank and tankless. I had checked with a few other hot water heating installation companies and found his company gave the most comprehensive information. We scheduled an appointment and he showed up on time with his helper, Miguel, and between the two men, they removed the existing old water heater and installed a new Bradford White in a very tight space located in the middle of a cut out hole located in a shelf where the old water heater was originally installed. They did not charge for the extra work it took to remove the existing old water heater and install the new one they provided. It was a tight squeeze, but Mike and Miguel managed to accomplish the installation without removing the existing shelf!! After the job was completed, Mike showed me how to operate the water heater. I was satisfied with the work they did. I will call on them if I need any other plumbing service in the future. I will also happily refer them to my friends and family for their plumbing needs. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his crew. My AC took a dump mid-day in the last big heatwave we had. I called complete plumbing and the tech spent a few hours troubleshooting my system until he ultimately discovered my unit had been leaking water and I had a short. The system was over 16 years old and replacing parts was not an option, it was time to replace the whole thing. Mike the owner came to my home the next day to give me an estimate for replacing my HVAC and he was by far the best price. Some of the big-name companies wanted to charge me almost double. We had some mold from the leak and Mike recommended a company that also gave us a great price and did great work. Overall everything worked out and our new system runs so quietly and way better than our old system. Complete plumbing will be my go-to for any future needs.

I give this company the highest recommendation for fixing my gas line. They are professional, friendly and did a thorough job.They explained everything to me and followed through on what they said they would do so that the gas lines would be safe and done correctly. Wow, so grateful I called them. I'm a property manager and my tenant's heater broke down. I was a little apprehensive since they charge $200 for diagnosis but with the price of gas and time it takes to diagnose, I understand. Can't say how happy I am that they got the heat up and running and the fireplace and only charged me under $200. Would highly recommend them due to their honesty, suggestions for future repairs, and how fast they showed up. Thanks guys, Look forward to working with you in the future.

Mike came to our home for advice and the cost to place a soft water system in our home, in addition to adding a Reverse Osmosis R/O system on the top of our granite counter. Mike figured out a way to place a R/O system without cutting our granite countertop.

All work was efficient and they cleaned up all details. We are now enjoying soft water and fantastic tasting water at our home.
