Had a fantastic experience with Complete Plumbing and Rooter. There was a dark spot in the ceiling that we noticed one afternoon and when we touched it, the ceiling felt wet and soft. Argh! We knew it was a leak and didn't want to wait on it because having leaks from the second story is never good.
As always I turned to Yelp to see if I can find someone local to help us.
This company had great legit reviews so I called Complete Plumbing and spoke to Paul. Even though it was already late in the afternoon he offered to send his technician out the same day. Michael arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Our upstairs toilet needed to be better sealed as the wax ring had stopped being effective.
I love that they also take Zelle as payment so no need to write a check or run to the bank for cash. There was a little bit of a mix up with the pricing as Michael and I didn't completely understand each other. But it was totally understandable bc it had been a long day for him. I did bring up my confusion with Paul who was super honest and great about it. He immediately resolved my concern and I'm truly thankful we found an honest reliable company that we can count on.
The repair was $249. There is a separate fee of $49 for opening up the ceiling but it is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. I felt the pricing was reasonable and fair.
Anyhow would not hesitate to recommend! Thanks Paul and Michael!

Had a gas leak detected and needed a plumber right away to repair it. Called Complete and Jovan picked up giving me an idea of what to expect. He came by, gave me a very competitive estimate and went with him vs. the 5 other companies we called.

Jovan started work the following day and was professional about it. As we opened up the piping, I also asked about the replacing the corroded galvanized water pipes. He gave a good quote and we went ahead replacing our external gas and water lines.

Very professional, knowledgeable and the team uses industrial grade levers, pipes, and fittings. Will recommend their services to anyone in the LA county and my friends/family.

Needed to have a water heater replaced on short notice, in a rental home I dont live in. These guys quoted a price, stuck to it, came on time, did the work well and thoroughly, finished clean, took payment by phone, and cleaned up after themselves. They checked back the next day with me, and stayed in touch appropriately with the tenant to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Complete Plumbing! They came out, quoted me, and started work the next day. They were fair, efficient, and surprisingly very clean and neat with the work that was done. I had a bathtub that was leaking water and other plumbers were trying to have me install completely new plumbing, they weren't aware that I had replaced my plumbing 5 years ago. This company is honest and fairly priced!

My main water line next to water meter cracked. It is very hard to reach in the water meter box. They sent Tech Mike to fix by replacing new brass union and elbow took 3 hours . Very professional and cutesy.

We needed to shorten the kitchen gas feed line to the stove once we purchased a new gas range. Another company said that they would need to cut into the wall to remove the old line and install the shorter line and that they would recommend a drywaller to repair the hole (for a separate charge). They said it was my only option. Complete Plumbing and Rooter came out and gave me 2 options: remove and replace the pipe by just unscrewing the old pipe and inserting the new connection, but if that failed, they would have to cut into the wall. Well, luckily he was able to remove the pipe without having to cut the wall and he did it for a 1/3rd of the price the other company quoted me for the job! Sometimes, we just need options!
