I accidentally flushed a small cleaning rag. Hired them to retrieve it. Toilet was still operable. They inserted a toilet auger. No rag retrieved. They changed me $169 for 5 minute labor. I feel that I was scammed. They even tried to persuade me into making additional repairs that were not even needed for more money. I said no, the toilet is not even clogged. I don't recommend their service. I feel they are not honest.

Hector and his team have been out to fix a leak in my bathroom as well as installing a kitchen faucet. I can't say enough positive things about my experiences with Complete Plumbing. First, Hector responded promptly to both of my appointment requests and arrived on time to both as well. As a result of our ""funky"" connectors he had to make a special trip for the parts but kept me updated on his ETA.

Once he identified the problem he clearly explained the issue and the cost to repair. In both repairs he fixed the connections so that if any future issues arise, I am not crippled by my original funky connectors. He is an extremely hard worker who truly stands behind his work. I would recommend this company for any plumbing jobs and repairs. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Called him late on a Friday night and was here the next day. I live in a condo complex and on the ground floor, meaning everybody's everything (yep!) ends up in my bathtub when things back up--that means 4 condos.
He is as most other reviews state--professional, knows his stuff, courteous, friendly, prompt, keeps you in the know and is fairly priced. He gave me the base price for the service call and then asked if I wanted a camera scope of the line as an ad-on so WE could see what additional problems might be there. He volunteered the price readily.

I was so impressed and had been looking for a plumber for a condo I own in the same complex. I've found the man for that job as well. His services include more than plumbing and drains as he will now be installing toilets, plumbing water lines to fridges, etc. There's always a rainbow in a seemingly disastrous happening.

His assistant Mike was very nice and worked hard as well.

Both men were polite, well mannered, helpful and respectful to our home, my husband and myself.

Hector went way, WAY, WAY! above and beyond what we needed, (our water heater began leaking late at night, we called to leave a message, instead we woke him up,) the following morning he called us and kept in contact so that we knew exactly when he was coming, and he did a simply fantastic job.

He provided a written estimate before beginning. Hector offered us choices, suggestions and there was no pressure to choose one over another. We needed to replace the water heater, drywall, and added a pan.

His pricing was fair and he didn't add anything to the estimate.

They performed top notch work, with a great, friendly, and extremely helpful attitude. All attributes that are rarely seen these days, especially in a young man. We are extremely pleased with his work.

I want to echo the great comments of all of the other customers.

He was a true professional. Hector and Mike FINISHED the job, despite it becoming freezing cold, pitch dark and very late in the evening.

We highly recommend this company, with no reservations whatsoever.

Hector and his team are awesome! They relocated my existing water softener to a concrete pad and installed it inside a resin storage shed along with new rerouted copper and pvc tubing.
