Loved that they came within fifteen minutes of initial call. They stayed to check that everything was still working after cleaning my water heater. Hector also offered a 90 day guarantee and if the something goes wrong the amount I already paid goes toward the larger cost of replacement. Loved his thorough explanation of everything and his patience with my questions.

We have used Complete Plumbing 3 times now. Once to move the plumbing for our washer and dryer, to install a clean-out for my mother in laws house when her plumbing was all backed up. Lastly we used them in an emergency when accidently ripped out pipe in our back yard! They came out all 3 times and solved our problem quickly and successfully! Definitely would recommend Complete Plumbing over and over again!

Since I bought my house few years ago, I've had a lot of plumbing issues. Hector has came out fix faucets, changed a sink out, added a circulating pump so I can have hot water right away, changed out boiler and even a water softener. Any future problems he will be the one I call.

Critical: Value

I accidentally flushed a small cleaning rag. Hired them to retrieve it. Toilet was still operable. They inserted a toilet auger. No rag retrieved. They changed me $169 for 5 minute labor. I feel that I was scammed. They even tried to persuade me into making additional repairs that were not even needed for more money. I said no, the toilet is not even clogged. I don't recommend their service. I feel they are not honest.

Hector and his team have been out to fix a leak in my bathroom as well as installing a kitchen faucet. I can't say enough positive things about my experiences with Complete Plumbing. First, Hector responded promptly to both of my appointment requests and arrived on time to both as well. As a result of our ""funky"" connectors he had to make a special trip for the parts but kept me updated on his ETA.

Once he identified the problem he clearly explained the issue and the cost to repair. In both repairs he fixed the connections so that if any future issues arise, I am not crippled by my original funky connectors. He is an extremely hard worker who truly stands behind his work. I would recommend this company for any plumbing jobs and repairs. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Called him late on a Friday night and was here the next day. I live in a condo complex and on the ground floor, meaning everybody's everything (yep!) ends up in my bathtub when things back up--that means 4 condos.
He is as most other reviews state--professional, knows his stuff, courteous, friendly, prompt, keeps you in the know and is fairly priced. He gave me the base price for the service call and then asked if I wanted a camera scope of the line as an ad-on so WE could see what additional problems might be there. He volunteered the price readily.

I was so impressed and had been looking for a plumber for a condo I own in the same complex. I've found the man for that job as well. His services include more than plumbing and drains as he will now be installing toilets, plumbing water lines to fridges, etc. There's always a rainbow in a seemingly disastrous happening.
