Besides not calling or showing up on the day of their initial appointment, they are very expensive! They charge $320 an hour for 2 persons for installing an attic ladder.

Really, no gold star. Tech arrived, snaked the drain, couldn't unclog, left saying they didn't have the equipment to fix clog. Days later, texted and said they couldn't complete the service request through my home warranty because they didn't have the equipment. Bypass this company.
