Our heater went out on a Friday. We set up a claim with our home warranty company. Home warranty rep told us that Complete Mechanical accepted the bid while we were on the phone and expected we'd receive a call from CM's rep within the business day. We weren't contacted by CM until Monday.

Service tech shows up Monday, Diagnosed the problem and says they'll be out Thursday to fix. We are called and given a window of 10-1:00 for techs arrival. 4:30pm, tech finally shows up. No call no courtesy in that regard at all. The. We're told the repair will take about 3 hours and we need to wait around to sign something when he's done. We tell him that we can't wait around that long and arrange with the office that we can give access to the house with a security code and we can meet when the job gets completed the next day.
Now it's Friday, as week after the initial call and we get a late message from the tech that he had another job and won't be able to fix our heater now. They are closed for the weekend AND they inform us that they won't be back out until the FOLLOWING THURSDAY!

This notification occurred ""after normal business hours"", so all we can do is leave a message and wait until they open on Monday.

No thank you! Avoid this business if you possibly can.

First of all, you should look at their OTHER yelp page, which claims to say they're temporarily closed. Yea, no, they're still open. Seems like once they accumulate too many negative reviews they create a new page and try to pass it off as a new company. Nope, same address, same phone number, same shoddy service.

I was forced to use this company by Fidelity Nationwide Home Insurance, who has a knack for going to the worst budget repair companies in the planet. Like many reviews, a repair was scheduled and they never showed up. 3 hours after the appointment, I called to find out where the tech was and the receptionist said he was at another job and was not going to be coming out today. Had I not called, I would have never known. It's not that difficult to pick up the phone and let a client know you're running behind. It happens. However, ignoring your clients is no way to run a business. Now I have to wait another 3 days for another appointment while my electrical continues to short out every 15 minutes. Sure, let my house burn down because of an electrical fire. No big deal.

If it wasn't because of my crappy home warranty through Fidelity, I would have cancelled my appointment and moved on to the next company. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with these crooks for the foreseeable future, assuming they ever show up.

Their driver was speeding on River road in Norco CA and cut me off as the lane merged just to be one car length in front of me. Then you call the company and you can be on hold forever before they send you to voicemail

RIP OFF!!!
If 0 starts were possible, that's what they would get from me.
I will start by saying this company was contracted by my home warranty company. In this case, the home warranty company was not the issue. They were on top of this company as was I.

I was supposed to have my hot ware heater replaced. I paid $75 for them to come out and inspect it. I get a call from my home warranty as well as Complete Mechanical Service stating I will need to pay out of pocket $100 for a new vent. The service tech came out and said that I do not need a new vent but insisted on the extra $100 for replacing the water heater and getting it to code, which was covered by the warranty.

When I balked about paying the extra $100, the tech called the company and they refused to perform the work.

Clearly, trying to fraudulently up-charge, as it appears by the reviews they do it all of the time.

I tried to get Complete Mechanical Services to call me back or respond to an email for three days running. NOTHING! These people are so poor at customer service that it is really a waste of time to attempt to get them to help, especially when there is a plumbing problem like we had. Forget it. Call someone who knows how to answer the phone.

Horrible, just horrible. Going on 3 weeks now without air conditioning. I'm heavily pregnant with two small children at home as the days are heating up, we call using our home owners insurance and the tech had to come to my
Home TWICE just to take a photo and it STILL wasn't submitted properly due to blurry photos. Then ANOTHER tech had to come to my home just for a PICTURE ! Insane ! Now 3 weeks and a baby due in a week and we are barley getting some where With threats of lawyer to get the rocks out of these peoples shoes to do something for us. I would NOT recommend them at all ever to anyone even if the world was ending... just HORRIBLE !
If you have home owners insurance and they say they are going to use this vendor demand them to use someone else. It's not worth the hassle.

This company should be called ""Incomplete Mechanical ""
I had NO Heat due to my furnace blower going out - first tech came and diagnosed said he was ordering the part - no follow up, called to find out status they said the part would be in and scheduled me for 6 days later!!
On the 6 th day no call no show - so I called them only to find out the part was not even ordered!!
So now we are talking 2 weeks no heat and it is 40 degrees outside. They did not care at all.
They called the next day and miracles or miracles the part is in and then booked me for install 4 days later. Now this is 3 weeks no heat!!
The tech arrived installed the blower said everything was fine and I was good to go and give it time my house would heat up! Two hours later the blower is generating cool air but no heat!!

I called back and was told yes the tech needs to come back we can schedule you for next week and that would make it one month with no heat and this is a relatively standard common part. I hung up folks don't waste your time with these guys it was truly unbelievable how horrible this company is

Honest, caring, competent service. In addition to the fact that they were very knowledgeable about the air conditioning unit needing repair, they were kind, professional and on time! The office is accommodating and returns your calls providing exceptional service. Our older air conditioning system is now working perfectly, and they were very helpful with resolving some issues we had with the warranty company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service for their air conditioning.
