Home Warranty folks assigned these guys after I submitted a request to have someone come check out why there was pretty much no air getting to the second floor of our new house.

Joshua arrived on-time and was able to get into the attic quickly and find the source of the issue. He got it fixed in about 10 minutes and was on his way.

Overall, a really good positive experience. The only thing that kept me from making this 5 stars is that I was pummeled with text messages regarding work status updates. Sometimes, a little less, is more.

Mechanical Service took a while to come out and fix my plumbing issue, but once they came on the first visit they determined the problem and ordered parts. On the second visit it took a while to get another appointment but once they came with the part and installed it they were quick. The only issue was just getting an appointment for them to come out to resolve the issue, which was also the fact that they were waiting on Sears Warranty to approve the part, but they were quick to install the facet and resolve my issue.

Was assigned this company from Home Warranty Insurance to check on our roof AC Unit that was not cooling properly.

The technician, Josh, was friendly and professional and arrived on time and addressed the issue, replacing burnt and disconnected wires with new wire and gathered the wires together with a wire nut and electrical tape to prevent future arcing or grounding out. He tested to make sure the AC was blowing cool air after the job was complete.

My only gripe was my original appointment on Friday was postponed on the same day, but the customer service representative was friendly and did the best she could. Overall, I am pleased with the service.

Just replaced my condenser and coil for the upstairs HVAC unit. The staff was very quick at responding to text message inquiries and the Tech was excellent. He worked hard, very nice, and answered all my questions. I'd happily use them again!

Besides not calling or showing up on the day of their initial appointment, they are very expensive! They charge $320 an hour for 2 persons for installing an attic ladder.

I have been a home owner for over 40 years and my experience today with Complete Mechanical Service was amazing. Timely, friendly, professional and they definitely know what they are doing as they identified the issues, showed me what needed to be done and then filed their report while still in our driveway. Special appreciation for their tech Armando. He's great. I will post an update after repair/replacement.
