This company is by far the most efficient and professional plumber I have seen. Their communication is very timely. They keep customers updated via text messaging. Even though the work order we had was thru a home warranty, they nailed it by keeping on top of things and quickly completing the work. Karen in the office staff is polite handling scheduling and the tech, Jesse Hurtado was informative and did a great job, replacing a water heater in record time. He was also very observant and made note of changes that needed to be made to repair the door to prevent pests from entering. They communicate well with property management and handled contacting everyone involved in a timely manner.

Horrible company convict looking techs that lie to you what there gonna put in there report to get your warranty denied . Do not use this company you will regret it . Poor customer service over the phone as well. And if you have a home warranty they use company's like this to get out of replacing things and still charge you the 75 dollar fee to come out . Company is a joke and honestly don't understand how they do business this way . Don't care about reputation that's for sure . Already filed a bbb complaint I suggest anyone else having same issue do the same because I'm sure there's lots of them .

They were sent here by my warranty company. The part that I need it they ordered it took them five days come back with the park and they came back with the wrong part. The person that came back with the wrong parts that I needed another part. Went back to them two days to do the report to get the information to my warranty company then they couldn't tell my warranty company when they could get the part. Then another company came out on the 29th of January and had the right part the 31st and had it installed. I had no heat in my house from January 9th to January 31st only because my warranty company would not stop using this company who had two stars in the first place. Now they have one star from me.

RUN from the company.... they have no ethics. They are not professional. and should be stripped of their California State Contractor's license for a few different reasons.

A few facts to start.

COMPLETE MECHANICAL SERVICES (completemechanicalservice.com) has a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have a 2 star rating on YELP and GOOGLE REVIEWs. Most of their reviews are overwhelming Negative, with the vast majority of the ratings being the lowest of 1 star (Zero stars are not possible) - If you have a legitimate complaint, I have included links to make legitimate complaints to the BBB, California State Contractor's License Bureau and Google Reviews.

This has to be one of the worst plumbers in CA. J.J. (Jessie) came out to fix a simple toilet leak. He spent 10 minutes or so and said it was done. But right after he left, the toilet was still leaking, just as before he arrived. We called their office immediately afterwards and the lady (?) said they were not responsible for any leaks or issues once they leave. Outrageous.... this was only minutes after they left. Fortunately I have video and she acknowledged a recorded phone call (they initiated), so I also recorded the call. Complaints have already been filed with the BBB and another with the California Contractors State License Board (if they even qualify for a license). If they have a license it should be revoked. Again, fortunately for us, we have immediate video and a legal authorized consent recorded call as evidence. But for anybody needing a plumber... RUN RUN RUN away from this company. I wouldn't be as upset if it were my issue, but they basically defrauded my elderly parents... took a check and ran. It should be considered crime... but hopefully at least they will be investigated by the CA Contractors State License Board and the BBB.

Aside from Jessie (J.J.'s personality), it appears he is not properly trained or qualified that don't rip off elderly people... but yet COMPLETE MECHANICAL SERVICES employs him. But I'm guessing, or hoping, they do have some well-trained and qualified employees... but that was not obvious to me. But perhaps it was with their 'other' employees, is why they do have some positive reviews.


But again... RUN from the company.... they have no ethics. They are not professional. And they are the opposite of honest.

Please believe the reviews. There are some positive reviews, but most of their reviews are horrible.

How CompleteMechanicalService.com even has a dismal 2 star rating is incredible.

Again, please read all the reviews... there is a reason they are so very poorly rated with the Better Business Bureau, YELP and Google Reviews... along with other sites.

A legally recorded ""DUAL CONSENT"" recording was also made to see just how unprofessional they were and clearly shows they did not and would not come back to fix the issue they never fixed, but yet still charged an elderly couple.

Fortunately for us, we have both video footage and a legally (dual consent) call.... so it's very easy to verify just how bad this company is

Worst and most incompetent plumber Jessie or JJ. He cMe out to fix toilet leakand left in about 15 minutes saying all done. Within 20 minutes it was still leaking. Called the company and they said once plumber left, the job was done and would not come back. COMPLETE MECHANICAL should not even be able to have license. Run Run Run away from COMPLETE MECHANICAL and especially J.J. (Jesse).

Listen to these reviews. Assigned to this company through a home warranty company. They kept some of the new parts by putting a clause in the contract that they can basically reuse what they want. I had to take this company to court after finding out they scammed my husband for an evap coil replacement (they only completed 2 out of the 5 modifications). I have emails of the owner admitting to not completing modifications and he still did not refund the correct amount or finish the install after my husband gave them a chance to come back; he even threatened to sue if this was taken to court. Went to court multiple times but won of course, but it should have never come this far. Be careful, search for an honest company that will do right by you(:
