Technician Martin Hurtado Is great. He shows up on time and gets to the problem immediately. He assessed the issue with my Pool Pump Motor around a week ago and determined that it needed a new motor. Came back to day and my pool is back up and running. Very knowledgeable.

This company sounds good at first then they show how incompetent they are at the end. They came out on a Home Warranty follow up call for the HVAC system in my rental. After a few weeks of blaming Fidelity National Home Warranty for the delays, Thaniel Lee shows up and installs a new compressor. He can't get it to work and tells my tenant that there is a problem with the thermostat and that is his problem then leaves. I get an email stating that the work is complete. Check my credit card and they overcharge me from what I was quoted and the system still doesn't work! I pay another company out of pocket that comes out within an hour of calling. They find a bad transformer and discover that Complete Mechanical left the system with no Freon! After $725.00 out of pocket to get the unit working and almost a month with no AC I am still fighting with Fidelity to get reimbursed.

Thaniel and Leonard are my heroes!

We've just moved in to our desert home, boxes and bins still EVERYWHERE, when our AC starts blowing warm air... in the desert... in August on a Friday! Thank God for our Home Warranty, right?!

I called the warranty company and they reached out to Complete Mechanical. I was able to get on their schedule and they gave me their soonest appointment for warranty work, the following Monday with a window of 3p-7p. I was able to text them and that was super convenient. They even told me which tech was assigned, Thaniel.

Fast forward to Monday. I'm sitting there working (did I mention I work from home?) and, as 3p approached, I found myself wondering when the techs would arrive and what they Wills find. Lo and behold, at about 3:46p, I receive a text telling me my tech is on his way and a link to track his progress to my house, how cool is that?!

Thaniel and Leonard arrived a few minutes later, introduced themselves then got to work. They scored me what the issue was, asked me a few more questions then graciously answered mine while they worked. In about 30 minutes, they had my system running and blowing out sweet, cool air, delightful!

Both Leonard and Thaniel were personable and professional and were a pleasure to deal with.

They are getting one star because their workers are very friendly.
i was assigned this company twice by my warranty company and the office staff is horrible! I had to make sure to get all the approvals and have my warranty company contact them to get anything done. My ac went out July 1 and I finally got it fixed today August 6th.. had my family in a house that was very hot because they didn't want to make the calls needed to get the approvals. never again will I use them. Don't do it ask your warranty company for someone else.

If you have a choice to use anyone else I would. We were assigned CMS through our home warranty. It took them over a week to come out (mind you it's 110 plus degrees) They took the motor out of our unit and put one twice the size in. The AC stopped working within the hour they did that. They came out two days later and stated they needed to request authorization for part. Our HW notified us Thursday of the authorization. No contact from CMS. No responses to our texts, we had to call several times before speaking to someone who stated the work isn't authorized.

Yesterday our other unit went out so we called the home warranty again they escalated it to an emergency. This morning the rep from our home warranty had to call several times before reaching someone. They told them that they'd be reaching out to complete the work today. When CMS called they offered a date at the end of the week. It's going to be 115 out today and it's 87 degrees in our home. CMS is out to milk as much money from the home warranties as they can. They aren't a company that cares about getting the job done for people and moving on. We are going on almost 4 weeks with them. I will be happy when our AC is fixed so we can be done working with these crooks

I had a pool pump issue. I called my Home Warranty AHS and they contracted out Complete Mechanical Service. Someone named Jesse Hurtado, came out to my home. Without even trying to fix the problem, he just took a quick look at the pump/motor and said, You need a new motor. I knew this couldn't be what it needed, because the pump is fairly new. He said he would have to in an order to authorization thru AHS Home Warranty. Long story short, after two weeks without my pump working, my pool water was getting damage. I kept calling Complete Mechanical Service, talked to someone named Maribel. She was very rude both on phone and text. She just kept telling me they are still waiting for authorization from the Tech ( Jesse Hurtado) after calling/texting both to AHS and Complete Mechanical Service and getting nowhere with either one of them. I decided to hire another reputable pool company. They came out and fixed my pool pump on the spot. No waiting or any parts that it didn't need. It was not the Motor it was another issue that was simple to repair. Complete Mechanical Service are liars and thieves, and they are RUDE beware of that company.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a service company. Complete Mechanical Services was assigned through my home warranty company, unfortunately I didn't read these reviews prior to allowing them to come out. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER PROVIDER. We have an HVAC issue - our A/C has been non-functioning for a month now, however they don't have any concern that it's more than 110 degrees out here in the desert. First appointment for them to diagnose the issue took 3 days to come out, then another 3+ weeks for them to actually do the work. They installed the new equipment, then after about an hour of operation, it stopped working and water was leaking in my garage. Unfortunately by this time they were closed (they stop taking calls at 4:30PM), so I was put through to the emergency line - which is unmonitored. I left a message and never heard back. I called the following morning to get a technician back out to fix it, and they said I have to go back through my warranty company for them to be able to take another look at the issue. Every time I call they volley me back and forth between the warranty company. No level of customer service. No standing by the quality of their work. DO NOT USE COMPLETE MECHANICAL SERVICES. It's not worth the frustration.

They were assigned the plumbing job by our warranty company. I emailed the company early in the morning, telling them ""I live about ten minutes away. Please give me your ETA in advance."" Martin, the plumber just showed up without informing me of his ETA in advance at all. He called me when he arrived. He was very mad and rude on the phone. I told him I am on my way in ten minutes, and I had the tenant open the door for him. When I arrived, he told me there was no leak under the sink. I ended up paying the $65 service call for nothing other than being yelled at on the phone. Very unhappy!
