In all of my 77 yrs of having all of my home repairs done this business is the BEST one that I have ever done business that I will rate an A1+. They fully and quickly resolved my problem, explained why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. The tech. knew everything and gave me info, part numbers to get replacement parts if needed. It felt like I was dealing with family. I was very surprised of the low cost of the repair!!!!!!

AC wasn't working on one floor of the house and was shoddy on the 2nd floor of the house. Mike came out quickly and gave an estimate, right before the 4th of July holiday. He came back with his crew a full day sooner than we expected, which was Awesome bc it's been So Hot. They worked quickly and there were no issues. All 3 are polite, professional and gentlemen. I'm very happy with their work and will hire them again, if I need to. A+++

Quick response by Moose and thorough explanations by Mike. They did great work, left the house spotless in a day with two duct-free air conditioners that work beautifully. They gave us the option to use our own electrician, but with no one in mind we used theirs who was also reliable and did fantastic work. We're keeping their business cards for future work. Can't thank you guys enough!

I received a quick response from Complete Heating & Cooling, and my issue was resolved a few hours after making an appointment for assessment. Turned out to be relatively simple for the techs, Mike and Dave, who were very professional and friendly. Excellent experience all around.

AC unit wasn't cooling very well, hit this vendor up and they responded immediately (even though it was late at night). Came by the next morning and quickly diagnosed that the issue was that my Nest thermostat that was previously installed wasn't compatible with my existing wiring. They then went out and bought a compatible thermostat, came back and installed. They also mentioned that there was a small leak in the refrigerant line and could try to patch and fill if I wanted or I could always have them come back in the future. I asked them to just finish the job if they could, and they actually came back in a couple hours to finish the job.

Now the AC unit is working great - the place feels like an ice box! Would highly recommend these guys, super professional and courteous. Thanks!
