Services were requested in Dec '23 and told we'd start in January '24 after vacation. Not a word was communicated until Feb at which time something was mentioned about a shoulder injury. Multiple times and dates were set and cancelled due to exacerbation of bad shoulder or another job took long or broken pipes. I gave a deadline as we are now planning on moving closer to kids. On the final day set to finish the job, no call, nothing. I called DOPL and asked what their procedure is. I notified Mr. Camp I would put in a formal complaint to DOPL if I did not hear from him by 4PM MDT. He texted at approx 3:30 stating he didn't get any sleep and was sick to his stomach all day. I responded via text saying all he needed to do was text me ""I'm ill."" I am not notifying DOPL as I keep my promises and he did contact me before 4PM. I did not get a receipt for the cash I paid him. He stated he does not like to start early but prefers 11AM. I was fine with this until there was no call/text/show and we need to be out of the house ASAP. He rescheduled our job 5 times before starting and even then was late. He rescheduled again and finally just didn't show or call. I wish Mr. Camp the best with his injuries and illnesses but would never hire him again.

Tracy is great. He's very honest and will even go to Home Depot to pick things up! We had him do a bunch of fixture replacements and some other items and he did a great job.
