Company contacted me via text telling me they wanted to give me a free tuneup for my furnace. They get here they tell me I have a cracked heat exchanger in my furnace and try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of new plumbing and furnace equipment that I can't afford. Company left, leaving me unable to turn on my furnace with snow on the ground. I called them and they said they would send somebody out and turn it back on for me. Four days later they did after they left I realized it still wasn't Heating and so I called them and then they said they refused to, turn it on because it has a cracked heat exchanger. It seems if it was that bad they would not have come out to turn it back on after they had left the first time. After showing the picture of the heat exchanger to the original installer he stated there was no crack. I am single woman, 70 years old, extremely ill, all alone, except with my caregiver, who stays with me 11 hours every day with no money to hire someone to turn on my furnace. This company has no scruples, and no heart!
