Complete Comfort Heating, A/C & Plumbing Repair

As an addendum to my original post. When I went to turn on my air conditioning after Complete Comfort came out and ruined. my winter when they turned off my furnace in 20° heat with me having several life-threatening illnesses and then refused to turn it back on stating there was the possibility of carbon monoxide. I went to turn my air conditioning in 90° heat and no surprise for the first time since I've had the furnace and AC in seven years it would not turn on. Thinking my negative reviews might have caused them pause, ha ha when I called them and to see if they would do the right thing and fix whatever they messed up,of course they denied having anything to do with it. What do YOU think? You know, God says he contends with those who contend with us I really do pity them. God has a way of doing things even better than we can even think of. I've seen it.

This company has a fake facade. They act professional, tell you how much the customers mean to them, yet drop the ball at every turn.

They promised me a specific time to unclog my drain only to have a tech show up with no equipment an hour late. He didn't know why he was at my house. He called for backup and was told it could be an hour more. Finally after several hours (which I lost hours at work as well as my tenant) he fixed the clog. He didn't offer a discount or anything for my troubles. So I paid full price.

I called the next day to share my concerns and give the company another shot. I wanted an estimate for a new furnace, a new water heater, and a new AC. A job worth several thousand for them I'm sure. They called to confirm. Called later to confirm again, and called a third time to bump me to the next day for my estimate.

Don't waste your time with these people. No second chances. Shame on me for giving them a third chance.

Had complete HVAC/Air Conditioning system installed last summer.. They intially appeared to have a good price, but AFTER installation I received an email offering an additonal 10%. They refused to honor the additional 10% even after I called & talked to some manager. They did not give any filters with the new system even after I asked. (Nope, not even one installed in the system. They left with NO FILTER in the system!)

After installation several people pointed out that the system was installed incorrectly. It was too close to the house, the outside unit was not up on legs as required and there was no ""trap"" installed where the furnace drains. I believe that some of these errors were code violations(?) They did come back to fix this but never offered ANY kind of ""compensation"" for frustration & inconvenience.

I left a very long detailed review on Google. They never responded & 6 months later I realized they somehow had the review taken down! So I reposted it. They FINALLY responded with how much they ""value"" their customers & offered a few free filters which I'm sure I will not receive. I commented back that they were a day late & a dollar short & actually only value their reviews & then they got THAT review removed as well!

So this review is not only on Complete Comfort but also on Google reviews. Whatever happened to ethics & honesty?! Lets hope Yelp does better.
