I have never in my life been treated so rudely and condescendingly by anyone as I was by one of the plumbers from Complete Care Plumbing who came to my newly purchased home in Horseshoe Bay to install a water heater, a toilet and 2 bathroom sinks. He was an older man, very grumpy and impatient with me AND with his assistant, a 30ish polite young man. When I asked the younger guy a question about a sink, the older man screamed at me and told me "YOU ARE NEVER TO ASK HIM A QUESTION. HE WORKS FOR ME. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!" He was completely rude and disrespectful to me the entire time he was there and the ONLY reason I didn't tell him to get out of my house is that it is very difficult to get workers in the Horseshoe Bay Area and I was in a time crunch to get the work done. Then, Instead of using piping that fit behind the new bathroom vanity, he CUT THE VANITY in the back! He left the cut pieces of wood on the bathroom floor, grease all over the floor and bathroom sinks, trash in my driveway. He did not clean up AT ALL and in fact, it appeared he tried to make as big of a mess as he could. I offered them cold water bottles twice and he yelled at me and told me to "quit offering, I'm not deaf". He arrived at my house angry - it was a Friday and perhaps he was tired after a long work week- but there is NO excuse for the way he treated me. This business is listed as a Christian one on its website. I saw NO fruit of the spirit. I could NEVER recommend this business.

called Complete care the following morning and they responded fast.
After briefing James on what troubleshooting I had already done and going through his checklist he started probing suspected area and found damp soil. Since there was no visual water flowing we decided to wait until the weekend and attack on Monday morning. Leak did not co operate and became a full fledged 1.1 gpm flowing leak by 5 pm. called James and he responded immediately from his job in Granite Shoals. Dug out mainline and found cracked transition that was the problem. Installed double elbow slack loop in place of transition and had Water to home back on in a few hours !
My guests and family over for holiday now had hot water. James and his company are as professional as it gets. I hope he is resting today ! I know who I will call for my plumbing work now ! Thank You James and Custom Care Plumbing !

Will not ever use this company again. James calls himself a "professional." He took advantage of my situation, destroyed my door frame and told me to fix it. This is the 3rd hot water heater that has been put into an over 20yr old home and this has NEVER happened. I am appauled by his labor skills. Giving two stars only because Yelp wouldnt allow me to give onestar
