Wow. This place is horrible. I needed my toilet fixed because the water kept running. They sent a man who looked at the toilet. After being in my apartment for 5 minutes he said he had to go get a part. I assumed he was going to his car. He came back THREE HOURS later. I called the company earlier trying to figure out what happened to him. He finally came back and said he needed to get a part. Then five minutes later told me he couldn't fix the toilet. I was charged $500 for this.
