This company is terrible. I called them to fix my stove and my dryer AND THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING. He took my $200 for the estimate and then took months and never fixed anything. Their repairman ""Marvin"" is very unprofessional and very very lazy. He told me multiple times that he would fix the items but he never fixed anything. He kept lying and making excuses as to why he couldn't come after promising multiple times to fix it. He just kept lying. I've called them over 20 times and now no one answers the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO HORRIBLE WORK.

As reported by others, Marvin took a deposit for a part, reported a shipping delay, failed to show for the installation, stopped communicating, and then ignored my parts refund request . P.S. I ordered the part directly myself and it arrived in 5 days. I wish I had read the reviews prior to calling them. They were referred by Hisense.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The owner, Marvin Madison is an unprofessional crook to say the least. He takes your money and doesn't provide services. He continues to lead you on by saying he's waiting on parts; however, he doesn't show up or answer calls once you request a refund. I've been waiting on a dryer repair for almost 4 months!!!! I have gone through a law firm, BBB and now about to open a court case as he took $340.00 as a down payment and then went ghost.

Any positive reviews must have been written by his trifling self. You've been warned.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICER!! The owner and his so-called employees are unprofessional, untrust worthy, and unreliable to say the very least. They came out to repair my washer and after about 10 minutes, he claimed to know what was causing the issue. He requested money upfront for any work to be completed, even after the warranty approved the claim for up to $350. After they received my money upfront, they were a no-show to complete any other work. They refused to answer calls and never came back to finish the job.
Obviously, this small local company take complete pride in ripping off customers in order to make a couple of dollars for thmeselves! It's a shame that small business owners like Complete Appliance Repair, would take advantage of cutomers when they are vulnerable and in need of assistance. Stay away from these people, and definitely DO NOT entertain any type of business with this company!
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Office of Attorney General against this company and I plan to get a refund for all monies given to them.

This might be the most incompetent appliance repair companies I've had the misfortune to interact with:
1) They came to fix a starter issue with an oven and then broke the door in the process. Instead of owning the mistake, they claimed it was preexisting.
2) They left a mess. The repair was localized to the oven, yet they left parts all over the kitchen and the oven sticking out.
3) They couldn't identify the model number for the oven even though I explained where it is found and even took a photo for them. Seems like a pretty basic thing for an appliance repair person.
4) They then ordered the wrong part to fix the starter issue.
5) They lied to my home warranty company about showing up to make repairs.
6) They continued to avoid calls to show up for any repairs, including fixing the damage they caused.

This company ignores calls, doesn't call back and more importantly DOESN'T SHOW UP. Don't waste your precious time rearranging your schedule to accommodate them.
