I called you earlier about your technician getting sewage in my room while he worked above us. You were quick to hang up to call your technician. Never got contact info or called back. I expected that he would come by after you spoke to him and he left. I am already in isolation with my family while I am out of work while im sick, and I had to throw away our bathroom supplies, toothbrushes, TOILET PAPER, towels etc. I told the front office and they gave me rags and told to clean up someone else's sewage your technician leaked in our unit, and failed to offer assistance even. After I called you! I see your guarantee is upmost respect and cleaning up, but does that not apply to me, as I am not your customer??

Used Compass for the first time recently. They are very personable and professional company, which is not the norm from many plumbers I have used for our business the past couple decades. I spoke with both owners of Compass and they stand behind their work. They were very reasonable and got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

These guys were great. I had my plumbing all blocked up on a Sunday, today and they got out here in a couple of hours. Took them quite a while to get the blockage out of the main sewer line but now everything drains better than it ever has.
I bought this sad fixer upper home from some very sloppy, lazy people with little kids and I suspect anything and everything went down the toilet and drains, until today the water could not flow out.
These fellows were so polite and cleaned everything up. One guy even wiped the bathroom mirrors down! I will hire them again and recommend them always.

My wife and I moved back to our property in Puyallup after four years of living in another state. While our tenant took very good place of our home, some minor plumbing repairs were needed. We contacted Compass simply on the info we found at Yelp, and we are glad we did. Compass did a great job. Their plumber/representative, Brian (I think that was his name; our apologies if I am wrong) was excellent. He took care of the problems we found when we returned home, and he helped us find a couple of other issues. At all times, he was professional and helpful. In the future, if we need plumbing help again, we will call Compass and request Brian.

Compass came in and gave a very competitive bid. Josh was very professional and hard working. They got the job done in a timely manner. I referred his partner Ethan who also works for Compass to do another job for my friend and he accepted it along with $500 in cash. He started the job and never came back to finish it. My friend had to hire another plumber costing her another chunk of cash.

Had an issue with a cracked pipe and called Compass. They had someone out here within few hours and didn't charge a ""service call"" fee. The plumber was very professional + courteous and was able to replace the damaged pipe in a timely manner. A+ service, highly recommended!

My husband has been deployed and I am alone with 2 small kids(3 and 5). My faucet in backyard frozen over the winter and leaked when turned on. so I called this company.
This guy showed up and said he needed to cut open the wall in side the house to work on it, but I asked him to try less invasive approach so he started working from outside which worked just fine. Turned out it was an easy fix, just changing the faucet, nothing complicated. It took 2 hours for this guy to finish it, including talking on the phone in his van, writing the bill, and loading his tools. He worked so slow! When he was done, he wanted $468!!! with senior discount! He said he charges $150 an hour!! I argued. He called someone on the phone and asked me ""How much do you want to pay?"" Is this some kind of used car dealer? I felt so sick to my stomach that this guy was trying to take advantage of me. I just wanted him gone, just out of my house. I paid $300 plus tax. After he was gone, I broke down. It was so sad that they take advantage of a mom without a husband around.
Please share this so this company won't be ripping off and taking advantage of other people any more.

We didn't have any work done because the quote was so outrageously expensive.
We have a small bathroom which needs the vanity plumbing moved 6 inches, a wall mount toilet converted to a floor mount, and lastly plumbing moved from a shower wall to a different shower wall located within 2-3 feet. The quote was $ 6300.00
