My water heater started making some loud noises and in span of 48hrs began to leak profusely. To the point I was afraid my garage would flood. Compass Plumbing took my concerns seriously and responded over the weekend to help me contain the water leak. Compass plumbing was so helpful and informative about my situation as I required a new water heater. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use their services again when in need.

I had an emergency last night and had to turn off the main water valve to our home leaving us without water.
With 3 kids at home rushing to get ready for school this morning I had to haul buckets of water to each bathroom to flush the toilet and water bottles to brush teeth. I couldn't imagine doing this routine again.
I called this morning, and Eager arrived at our home early enough to help us with our plumbing issue. He was very kind and explained what he was doing and what he did to fix the problem.

Both of our sinks were completely clogged and I couldn't get them unclogged so I started calling plumbers in the area. Compass Plumbing answered right away, gave me a GREAT quote (best I could find in the scv) for both sinks and was able to come out right away to fix them. He had little booties he put over his shoes to walk around my house in which I appreciate because we have a baby. He was knowledgeable and super fast, ensuring I saw the sinks both drained perfectly before he left!

When it comes to your plumbing needs in Santa Clarita, Compass Plumbing is by far one of the best.

Our water heater gave out 12/30 so we went through First American home warranty to get it fixed. The first plumbing company we were assigned said they couldn't get there until 1/2. Contacted first American and they switched us to Compass Plumbing. In the first 5 minutes of switching contractors Compass plumbing calls and says they'll be here in 15. Although it couldn't be fixed that day, Compass Plumbing showed full visibility. Very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Very friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions! Their professionalism is the standard!

Parts were ordered a date and time were set and everything was executed flawlessly. Cleaned up after themselves, which working with various contractors previously you wouldn't believe how messy some leave after finishing their job.

Will be referring Compass Plumbing to friends and family and personally requesting them through First American again if another plumbing issue occurs.

Eager was the best!! He was the second company that FAHM sent out since the first company was terrible.

We had a leaking toilet valve in the upstairs bathroom. Called the home warranty and Eager from Compass Plumbing was assigned the work. I tried tightening the flange and It didn't help still dripping ughh. Did not want to mess with the valve if it broke at the wall. Eager arrived promptly and stepping inside the door put on shoe booties to protect the carpet (nice)
He located the problem, the line underneath the tank was leaking and the water was following the line to the valve and onto the carpet... He finished the job in 5 minutes
Eager was very polite, explained the issue & was prompt... I totally appreciated Eagers work habits / promptness and will use again in the future.. I highly recommend Eager from Compass Plumbing !!
