I was assigned to Compass Plumbing by my home warranty for a leak in my master bathroom toilet and kitchen. We scheduled an appointment quickly. The owner came to fix our plumbing issues. He was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We felt we were in good honest hands. Eager is an absolute rockstar. I manage my rental from another state, so finding a contractor (especially a plumber) who is honest, reliable, answers the phone, updates job progress, and does great work too is very difficult. If this is your situation, or just need a great dude doing your work, then Eager is your guy!! He has done everything for me from full water heater replacement, to main shut-off valve and regulator replacement, and each time the work has been done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. I can't say enough about Eager, except to just hire him, you won't be disappointed. Oh, and if you have American Home Shield, he also does work with them and is voiced in their bureaucracy, so if you make a claim, don't let them assign any of their fly-by-night contractors. Demand they assign Compass Plumbing! Don't take no for an answer. I had to fight them, but the finally relented.

Eager, the plumber from Compass plumbing is so kind, professional and fair. We found him through our first American warranty but we now use him for everything! He has fixed issues with toilets, our faucets and installed a new water heater. His work is impeccable and when we had no hot water he literally fought for us with our warranty company to get our water heater ordered and replaced ASAP. He always wears shoes covers and never leaves a mess. He is seriously the best!

I had a new toilet installed and it was really wobbly. Compass Plumbing came out and informed me the new toilet was installed on an old wax ring and was not bolted down. He was very thorough and explained every step and showed me. Very friendly, efficient and neat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So we have American home shield. They paid for the water heater and the installation and hired a company called compass plumbing. Eager came out and was very reliable and notified us that they ordered the wrong water heater and put in the time and work to get the replacement swapped out for the right type for my grandma's mobile home. He kept his word and said that he would do it the following Monday. Yesterday the new water heater was put in. We did have to pay a lot of money but that was because Home Shield didn't cover the permit or codes, however he installed everything up to code and perfect. Definitely would recommend eager for any Plumbing needs.
