We had a leaking toilet valve in the upstairs bathroom. Called the home warranty and Eager from Compass Plumbing was assigned the work. I tried tightening the flange and It didn't help still dripping ughh. Did not want to mess with the valve if it broke at the wall. Eager arrived promptly and stepping inside the door put on shoe booties to protect the carpet (nice)
He located the problem, the line underneath the tank was leaking and the water was following the line to the valve and onto the carpet... He finished the job in 5 minutes
Eager was very polite, explained the issue & was prompt... I totally appreciated Eagers work habits / promptness and will use again in the future.. I highly recommend Eager from Compass Plumbing !!

We had a toilet flange failure and First American Home Warranty sent ""Presidential Drain Cleaning and Plumbing"" who told me they couldn't touch the toilet due to the fact that I had removed it from the ""installed position.""

I asked First American for an exception and they told me to put the toilet back, which I did. They re-authorized Presidential to resume the service claim on a Monday afternoon, but Presidential did not answer/return my calls (twice per day) for the rest of the week - they simply abandoned me.

I requested a new service provider and was assigned Compass and boy what a difference. Even if there are delays/challenges, decent communication goes a long way.

Long story short, Eager followed through with communication and was kind and professional. He completed the job and did an excellent job.

Very grateful for professionals who demonstrate respect for the customer. Definitely recommend Compass - and highly discourage hiring Presidential.

Our pipe in our front yard burst in the middle of the night and we had to shut off our water line. We called Compass plumbing on a Sunday begging for him to just come and take a look since we hve 2 kids with no water at home. He came right away and fixed the pipe. Our shower head was leaking and we made a claim through our home warranty. We had 2 technicians come out before Compass and they all refused to do the job since our valve in our shower wasn't secured and they didn't want to try to replace the cartridge since it might break. After it was assigned to Compass, Eager came out right away and was able to replace the cartridge within 20 minutes of being at my house. Usually you have to wait for the part to come in but he had one on hand and replaced it so I wouldn't have to wait. He was kind and respectful and honest. I will 100% call them again for any issues I have!

I have had very mixed results using American Home Shield, but Compass Plumbing is fantastic. They were able to come out the same day and fix my broken shower quickly.

He is very knowledgeable and is willing to take the time and explain what the problem is and how it should be fixed. He takes pride in his work and it shows. His customer service is off the charts.
