Eagar came out same day to fix my water heater that wasn't heating. He called my warrant company and awaited on the phone for the better part of an hour to order the part I needed. He then came out 2 days later and replaced the part. So professional and efficient! Thank you Eagar!

So I only write teviews when I really truly feel that the person deserves a mention or shout out. I recently became a single mom of two toddlers. My life is hectic... dishes, plates, toys everywhere. Considering I wanted to ""try"" to save money I tried to go on YouTube and fix it myself lol which I will never do again. When I put in a request for Service, I asked this gentleman if he could possibly squeeze me in due to the fact that as a mom, I can't live without my sink. Eager was at my place within the hour and was so pleasant and nice. He fixed the clogged pipe, also repaired a plastic piece that I seem to have broken while trying to do it myself and then also took the time out to go to his van and get me a larger pipe for my plumbing ( which he really didn't have to do) he could've just fixed it and left but in order to make the plumbing system better, he noticed that it would work better with a longer pipe. Honestly, he was so friendly so pleasant quick easy and did things that I didn't even ask him to do. I would highly recommend this company just because of Eager.
I tried to give him a tip as he left, and he literally would not accept it because of my situation, which I thought was so humble and nice of him

Like many other reviews, I have a home warranty and Compass Plumbing came by the very same day. I may mention that I opened a service ticket at 6:30 am and Eager came by at 10:30 am - talk about service!

Eager was very friendly and professional. Problem was resolved and he informed me of the proper care and maintenance regarding the work that he performed on my kitchen sink. I would highly recommend anyone (warranty or not) that has any plumbing problems to give then a call!

Such a great experience with Eager from Compass Plumbing. We talked on the phone and when he came to my house, I had a 3-piece install that was a total pain. He kept the price the same. He worked for almost 3 hours. Work was awesome, fixtures looked great. Very pleased. Eager is definitely my new plumber.thank you!

Eager came and was very professional. He fixed 2 toilets and a leaky faucet. He did an excellent job. I was a little surprised that AHS is finally sending competent contractors. I will request for this company next time I need service done.

Compass plumbing is great! They were assigned by the first American insurance as a second option to us, as by default they assigns every time to another plumber with whom we had bad experience. Eager from compass plumbing attended my 2 claims which had different issues involving my 3 bathrooms. He detected the issues correctly and completed the job very neatly. I am very satisfied with their service. I wish First American always assigns them to us for any plumbing issues.

I was assigned to Compass Plumbing by my home warranty for a leak in my master bathroom toilet and kitchen. We scheduled an appointment quickly. The owner came to fix our plumbing issues. He was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We felt we were in good honest hands. Eager is an absolute rockstar. I manage my rental from another state, so finding a contractor (especially a plumber) who is honest, reliable, answers the phone, updates job progress, and does great work too is very difficult. If this is your situation, or just need a great dude doing your work, then Eager is your guy!! He has done everything for me from full water heater replacement, to main shut-off valve and regulator replacement, and each time the work has been done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. I can't say enough about Eager, except to just hire him, you won't be disappointed. Oh, and if you have American Home Shield, he also does work with them and is voiced in their bureaucracy, so if you make a claim, don't let them assign any of their fly-by-night contractors. Demand they assign Compass Plumbing! Don't take no for an answer. I had to fight them, but the finally relented.
