I had huge problem, with my main water line leaking somewhere under my new driveway. I had had two plumbers out already, who were obviously trying to solve the problem of where the line came in my house,and why I didn't a shut off in the house. Mick at Companion was the most knowledgeable. Even rented a sound detection kit to see if he could find my leak. Finally we agreed I'd have to have the leak people out. But Mick was pleasant, knowledgeable, and he liked my dog! : )

Mick and his team are some of the best plumbers in the seattle area! I called no less than 20 plumbers in Seattle before calling companian plumbers. Mick picked up the call right away, had clear communication, provided a quote before he starts the work, was very straight-forward, genuine and set and communicated expectations accordingly. He got the job done, send me pictures and the invoice and was all done in a matter of an hour. I can't be more grateful for his excellent service. I will call Mick first (and last) next time. Everything was great. Timely, beautiful work. Mick the owner is very patient and made a huge change in my kitchen, a little persistent drip was taken care of. I thought the price for the time, trip to Home Depot, much correction work under the sink and excellent new faucet installation was very reasonable.

Mick came out to give us an estimate on a drain restructuring and other fix-ups for our kitchen sink mere hours after we sent the initial bid request. When he came out to take a look at our situation, he broke down exactly what he thought was going on and what he would need to fix the issues. Great communication, responsive and prompt. We discovered a leak that wouldn't quit and he offered an emergency leak stop but we fortunately finally got it set. We were contacted this morning about scheduling an assessment and the service was excellent. Our water heater was replaced and he was super conscientious about our space and belongings and did his work with care. He left us with tips for adjusting temperature and made sure we knew understood how this new water heater works as compared to our old one since our old one was, well, old. Super grateful for his quick responses and coming out at the scheduled time. And to have hot water again from a hot water tank that isn't creating a river in our garage! Highly recommend this company!
