Mike came referred to me from several of my neighbors. I was having a terrible noise with my garbage disposal. I sent him a text to schedule a good day/time for him to come by, got back to me shortly and was at my house the next morning. He even gave me updates on his ETA per my request as I had to run out during the estimated time he had given me. He arrived on-time and within the original window he had told me, introduced himself and was very professional. He took a look at my garbage disposal and to my relief it was just something stuck down there! He didn't end up needing to repair anything so offered me his time complimentary which was beyond my expectation. He even gave me a briefing of how the garbage disposal works and ways I may be able to repair it myself in the event I have another issue. He will definitely be my go-to guy for any future issues!!

I was in a bad situation with two toilets not working due to clogged sewer pipes. I reached out to 4 different plumbers to get a response to get someone out and only 2 responded to me same day. Of those 2, Mike was the only one willing to come out the next day and help because he knew of the situation.

Mike came out the next day to help un-clog the toilets. He spent time on both toilets in getting them cleared and flushing. 3 days later, unfortunately, the toilets clogged again.

Mike was nice and professional to come back out very urgently and re-evaluate the pipes at no additional cost. He used different auger tools to help break away the clog that was apparently bigger than we imagined, and the clog is now officially gone!

Plumbing is one of the trades that can often be a crap shoot depending upon what you need done. Mike Parsons at Community Plumbing was prompt getting back to me and quickly found the time to get to my house and fix two natural gas leaks identified by the gas company the day before.

Want to add my support to the recommendation of Community Plumbing's Mike Parsons. Not the 1st thing on my list of things I wanted to spend money on in the New Year, but he returned my call (texted back, actually, which was better), came by to assess and offer options and got the work done quickly. Talked me off the giant $$$$ cliff job I was sure was going to need right now.
He lives here in the area so is familiar with some of the peculiarities of 60+ year old plumbing.
If you are in need of a plumber, I can recommend without hesitation.
