They are awesome! I called them in the morning and they came two hours later. Very helpful in resolving my kitchen sink clog. They also told me how I can prevent future clogging. They are very reasonable in price. I highly recommend them.

Alex really is knowledgeable, reasonable and friendly. It does take a while to get used to the accent, but once you do you'll be happy. I liked that he kept giving me options. He seemed genuinely concerned about me making a good, yet financially wise decision. He came to my condo unit, unplugged a local drain, but then after some thorough analysis he found out it was a building issue. He came back a few hours later (after I had coordinated with my neighbors not to use water) and fixed the problem. Since he spent a lot of time at my place and did two services, I was afraid of what it was going to cost. It ended up being half of what I expected. Although he didn't say it, I think he cut me a break on the first job. I'm definitely calling him again.

I have to admit, I'm really impressed with these guys. Alex is such a nice guy, and is very easy to communicate with via email, which I love. Based on other quotes I received for the job, I think his prices are very fair. Today, his guys put in a new hot water heater for us. We have a difficult venting situation, but Alex found a heater that would suit our needs. He called two days ago to confirm our appointment, his guys arrived on time (actually, early, but didn't ring our doorbell until the prearranged hour!), and were clean and tidy both working and finishing up the job. I will absolutely call him back for our future plumbing needs, and recommend him to friends! :-)
