He came and charged us $200 for two jobs and was here 23 minutes. What??? It was $100 to take off the kitchen faucet and dump debris. It was $100 to remove the shower cartridge and reverse it. It was 23 minutes

Jerry came to our home for a furnace inspection at a quoted price of $120.00. I also asked him to check a thermostat that I recently installed to make sure it was operating correctly. The burners were not firing so the original thermostat was reinstalled. Total time at home approximately 1 hour. Up charge to reinstall the thermostat was $172.87 bringing the total charge to $292.87. In my opinion a bit excessive.

My husband and I bought a water heater and had him come out for bid. He gave us a bid of 1600 which was fine, however, my husband asked if they had military/veterans discount and he said "" yeah, haha, still 1600 dollars"" QUOTE! He was very arrogant and unprofessional. We could respect if he said, unfortunately I can't do that right now. But it was a slap in the face to vets. If you call this guy, remember he doesn't care for our country or anyone who's served. We are spending more money now to install it with a good guy who's local and friendly and professional. Do not give this guy your money. Greedy is all I can say.

I called about a hot water heater. Jerry I believe was his name quoted me at $1600.00 which is fine... I asked him. About any discounts like veterans, ect. he sarcastically said ""yeah I'll give you a veterans discount, still $1600.00.""

I was still considering so I asked him what the parts and labor break down was, said I don't know I just have a flat fee of 1600.00.

Was rude and unprofessional. Upset when I told him I was not accepting his quote to do the job requested. Tried to charge me $79 for giving me the quote.

Jerry came the very next morning. Gave me a very reasonable quote. Completed the project in less than an hour. Must have low overhead. Also worked on my In-laws plumbing. No issues. This guy is a great find.

I needed assistance with the wiring after installing a new Thermostat. I called Jerry, he was at the house within an hour, fixed my wiring and was very reasonable. He is very polite, thorough and courteous. I highly recommend him. I was very happy I could use someone local.
