Carlos was highly recommended to me by a supplier that knows the quality of his work. As he stated "" he can figure out anything and I trust him"". I called Carlos and he returned the call promptly. BONUS! He was in the area and said he could come within the hour, which he did.DOUBLE BONUS!
My plumbing issue was a simple fix which he was able
to trouble shoot right away. TRIPLE BONUS!!! Two previous plumbers were saying it was a bigger problem, not to mention hundreds of dollars later.
He was timely, respectful and CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. Community plumbing will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I reviewed the Yelp reviews and made my choice based on the number of happy people who had used this company for plumbing services. I called this morning hoping to schedule a non emergency leaky toilet. First,I had to ask if I had reached Community Plumbing. Once I knew I had the correct business, I explained my situation and gave him my location, to which he replied he does not do service calls only construction work. Perhaps things have changed since the reviews posted, but for me it was a disappointment.

I found Carlos on Craigslist and to be honest I was slightly unsure about what to expect. I had few other plumbers also give me a quote for adding a gas line for my new dryer and also fix existing washer drain. Carlos's bid was best of all and more importantly he was very responsive, tech-savvy and communicated well. He did the actual job professionally and in fact helped with me some other stuff without charging extra. I would highly recommend him. It is good to see that he is on Yelp now.
