I am extremely grateful to Community Plumbing for truly embodying their mission statement of providing good, honest work. After incurring issue after issue and dealing with faulty contractors, I was on a last leg of hope when I happened upon the Yelp page for Community Plumbing. Because of their mission statement, I conjured up my last bit of hope and trust and contacted them.

To my pleasant surprise, Eric and Tony were able to arrive at my home 15 min after the call, provide a quote, and fully address the leak in my main water line within the hour. As a result, I entrusted Eric and Tony with replacing the hose line as well, and the job was done within an hour as well. At the end of the job, there was no bait and switch, and the final cost was very close to the quote that was provided. Finally, they took the time to replace any rocks in my landscaping that were moved to truly make the entire experience as wonderful as a plumbing issue could be.

Was up front about his schedule availability, but gave his assessment of my issue and a recommendation of another plumbing company he endorsed to do good honest work. After my failed attempt to fix my tub faucet.. encouraged by Youtube.. I contacted Community Plumbing (after seeing their recommendations here on ND) and they came out the same day and fixed my problem. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend.

Sooooo .... I have to preface this by saying I'm pretty handy when it comes to most things. I've been paid to do drywall, tile and a few other items around my own and others properties. But plumbing and electrical are animals that even as a professional can cause stress. These things can burn or flood your home to levels of bankruptcy!!! I recently thought I had a simple situation handled only to go down a rabbit hole of chaos. COMMUNITY PLUMBING SAVED MY RUMP. I cannot stress the relief from arrival to a week later caressing my pipes that were once constantly mimicking my tears to dry as the newest lewis black comedy. You want your pipes handled with DeNiro care, firm, fair and handled then you've found your plumbers.

I usually try to do small jobs myself. I needed a plumber to make sure there were no leaks in my bathroom after a inspection for a refi home loan. I called Community after seeing their Yelp reviews. They were local and I needed a quick turnaround. They came the next day. I imagine they could have turned this into a huge project to make money since I needed their service for the refi. I was really happy that they quickly found that their was a minor issue with the tube and the toilet needed a new wax ring. Great guys really polite and clean. This is a huge relief and was way less then I thought it would be. Trust them to do a good job and not take you to the cleaners. Thank you so much Community Plumbing!!

I have to give out-loud, mad props to Eric for a job so well and quickly handled that I can't even believe how awesome y'all are! I have no idea what you charged the project manager, (his crew was installing a fence in my front yard and busted a copper pipe digging the posts) but he seemed really thrilled as well, so I hope you were compensated fairly for the fact that you came out to my house immediately and repaired the pipe in double-quick time! we will be using you from now until the end of time, and I will be telling everyone I know that they also need to use your plumbing services.
My whole day has now turned around in a happier direction, and I have no more stress about this at all! Which means your services are priceless. I was getting ready to book a hotel for the family so that we could have water, and preparing myself for a couple of days of inconvenience and annoyance, and now everything is fixed! Truly, so much gratitude to you guys. We have water again, and all is well! That was literally the fastest I have ever known ANY repair service person to come to my house and fix any problem.

Tony and Ant came by house and replaced our leaking water heater. They were in and out in about two hours and charged me about $300 less than they originally estimated. Super nice guys. I'm so glad I called them.

Called and they got us in immediately, and when Tony arrived was friendly and polite. He didn't charge me for the little adjustments to the two toilets and advised me how to keep the pipes from clogging again.

These guys are awesome! We had a toilet back up and overflow in one of our units in our apartment building. Eric and his partner (John?) arrived within half an hour of our after hours call. They were very friendly, efficient and got the job done at a fair price. These guys have been friends since elementary school and it shows. A real pleasure to work with.
