These guys are the real deal. polite, professional and do exactly what they say they will. Had 50 year old residential oil tank replaced. House was left in better shape then when they got here. It required removing outside trellis to access a crawl space and this job was done professionally. You get what you pay for with CommTank.

As a secondary note to show how caring these people are; The driver had accidentally backed into my in-ground bball hoop when they showed up on the job.....when I got home from work they had already dug a new hole, re-cemented the hoop back into place and put the grass back on top to look as though nothing had happened at all.... more then I could've asked for.

Comm Tank replaced my old aboveground oil tank which had a slow leak. The company's written proposal was precise. All technicians arrived on time as quoted. When in doubt, they would ask questions about specifics. They cleaned up very well and left everything as they found it. I was very impressed as I am a very picky person. I had a feeling that they were a trustworthy company, so before they attempt to complete my installation, I had my friend to schedule a similar job.

Thank you Francisco.

I would highly recommend this company.

CommTank replaced our old above-ground tank in the garage with a new double-bottom one today. The technicians were on time as promised, finished in 4 hours, left the site clean and tidy, and the heat and hot water restored. The office people were also courteous and good to follow up on my questions. Happy with the experience.

I'm dismayed that my experience with Comm Tank is so far off from that of other reviewers. I had a site visit on 10/13 for an estimate on removing an outdoor oil tank and replacing with a Roth Double Wall."" Oscar ""was an hour and a half late and could not have seemed more disinterested in being there . My initial instincts were correct as now, two weeks later, I still havent received an estimate. Heres the kicker. We had a tank leak at a home in our neighborhood and we all decided, as a group, to replace our oil tanks as they are all about the same age.There are 11 of us. We each got estimates and guess which company never even made it to the table. Less than one star review for this company.

My tank was not leaking but was way too old and needed to be replaced. I found CommTank on the internet. Leury came the very same day I called to provide the estimate and he gave it to me on the spot. He was very professional and nice. On the day of service the team of two gentlemen ( I wish I got their names) were right on time and very professional and nice. They did their job well. The Deputy Fire Chief came and gave my a passing inspection. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Ok so...what do you do when you have 225 gallons of oil delivered and you tank rusts out and pops a leak? PANIC! I called my oilman and told him I was filling plastic pans with the leaking oil.He told me he would send s omebody over the next morning.Never called/showed.I called Comm Tank,and within the hour The their sales mgr was at my house.He explained in detail every aspect of the project including cost. He had a crew of two at my house within a few hours;
They drained my tank,cut up the old tank, and installed the new tank.They put the oil back in the new tank and were done in about 3 hours.The Installers Adalio and Nelson were very professional and courteous,plus they did an exceptional job.
Great customer service.I Highly recommend them.

6 stars!

I had the oil tank removed from my basement today by Santiago and Mario from Comm Tank. Right on time. Pleasant, courteous, professional and obviously well experienced. They had to pump out about 20 gallons remaining in the tank and did it without spilling a drop. (OK, maybe one tiny drop, but really, just the size of a dime!)

They had to cut the tank in half to remove it through my uncomfortably small bulkhead which they did quickly and cleanly. The whole process took about 50 minutes. They asked me to inspect their work before even writing up an invoice and the place was cleaner than before they arrived. I'm about to call their office to let their employer know these two did exceptional work......which more satisfied customers ought to do in my opinion.

Exceeded my expectations....highly recommended.

Comm Tank came today during their scheduled time and in about an hour removed our oil tank and fill pipes and patched the holes in the concrete. There was no mess and the both men were courteous and professional. Outstanding company. I would highly recommend.

CommTank removed an oil tank from my basement so that my home refinance could move forward. They were responsive to my need to have the tank and lines removed quickly. They arrived promptly, worked quickly, and left my basement cleaner than it was before they came. They patched the holes left from removing the fill and vent lines like pros - I did not expect this level of service. You almost can't tell there used to be a tank in the basement. Outstanding work.
