Great customer service, communication, and job well done. I was so happy to have my tank removed!
We had an oil leak in our tank. We needed a new oil tank. We got one estimate from another company , it was very expensive. Commtank came and it was reasonable and all great from there.
I was worried because our tank was in a closet, but with these professionals , it was no problem! They came and did a great job removing, installing and cleaning up after. We are very happy and relieved. Excellent Company!
Great don't do them any justice on the work they did for me .
I had them come out and give me an estimate on installing a dry-well tank for my gutters on my house . While discussing my job with Mike I had also asked about them doing some clearing work in my backyard . The job they did for me was regrade the backyard get rid of some boulders and put down new topsoil . So the Forman Jorge operated the 2 excavators with ease. He had two other gentleman working with him that at the end of day left the site in better condition than it was the day before. Jorge's team was extremely polite, respectful ( I have 2 young kids ) that loved watching them work . Especially Jorge he operated those machines with ease . I can't say enough about the company they are definitely top notch . I'm very happy that I called them to come look at the work I wanted to get done .
Would I use them again 1000%
You will not be disappointed
Fast well completed job. Only objection was they replaced the vent pipe and the filler pipe with non galvanized elbows outside the house. They rusted and looked terrible within a month. The service guy told me galvanized elbows cost extra? A $3,000 job and a few $$ for elbows are extra? They never told me about this at the time of the job either. Left a bad taste.
Catherine D.CommTank was recommended by our home inspectors to rule out a possible underground oil tank in a narrow crawl space under a foundation in Sudbury. Leury responded to our call, arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. After, he took the time to explain what he saw, what equipment was expected for an oil tank, and how his observations did/did not fit those criteria. He was patient and professional. Thank you!!
I called around and got different quotes and couldn't decide what company to choose, but I made the right choice! Leury was very professional and friendly. He made the process easy and answered all my questions. The two guys who installed it showed up on time, did good work and explained what they were doing when I asked. I didn't have any issues. I paid exactly what we agreed on that was stated in the proposal which included oil to get the furnace up and running! This was great so that I didn't have to coordinate the time of installation with an oil company as well. Thanks Commtank!
These guys are the real deal. polite, professional and do exactly what they say they will. Had 50 year old residential oil tank replaced. House was left in better shape then when they got here. It required removing outside trellis to access a crawl space and this job was done professionally. You get what you pay for with CommTank.
As a secondary note to show how caring these people are; The driver had accidentally backed into my in-ground bball hoop when they showed up on the job.....when I got home from work they had already dug a new hole, re-cemented the hoop back into place and put the grass back on top to look as though nothing had happened at all.... more then I could've asked for.
Comm Tank replaced my old aboveground oil tank which had a slow leak. The company's written proposal was precise. All technicians arrived on time as quoted. When in doubt, they would ask questions about specifics. They cleaned up very well and left everything as they found it. I was very impressed as I am a very picky person. I had a feeling that they were a trustworthy company, so before they attempt to complete my installation, I had my friend to schedule a similar job.
Thank you Francisco.
I would highly recommend this company.
Vicky K.CommTank replaced our old above-ground tank in the garage with a new double-bottom one today. The technicians were on time as promised, finished in 4 hours, left the site clean and tidy, and the heat and hot water restored. The office people were also courteous and good to follow up on my questions. Happy with the experience.

I'm dismayed that my experience with Comm Tank is so far off from that of other reviewers. I had a site visit on 10/13 for an estimate on removing an outdoor oil tank and replacing with a Roth Double Wall."" Oscar ""was an hour and a half late and could not have seemed more disinterested in being there . My initial instincts were correct as now, two weeks later, I still havent received an estimate. Heres the kicker. We had a tank leak at a home in our neighborhood and we all decided, as a group, to replace our oil tanks as they are all about the same age. There are 11 of us. We each got estimates and guess which company never even made it to the table. Less than one star review for this company.
