Received a quote from Commonwealth to replace a hot water tank for $1325. On the day of the installation two employees (not the employee who gave me the quote) arrived to install the hot water tank. About 20 minutes into their arrival they knocked on the door and explained to my wife they had forgot a part and had to run out to get it. Worked for an hour or two came back to the front door and said ""We didn't know we had to do the vent and have to go get the parts"". They finished up the job and presented my wife with the bill which was now $350 more than the quote we agreed to in writing. I called the owner and he said his workers got permission from my wife to perform the work for the additional $350 which was not true. I would be very careful using this company and I truly believe they ripped me off for $350.
