We have a HVAC not cooling our house. Charlie from Commercial Services very quickly identified that we didn't have refrigerant and then found where there was a leak. He quickly gave us a quote for replacing the evaporator coil or replacing the whole system and the inherent tradeoffs between these two options. We're not happy about the upcoming expense (!) but the service was great.

We are still doing business with Commercial Service and they are my go to company for anything HVAC or plumbing. Our second year in the house our AC went out. It was over 20 years old, possibly more. After calling Peterman's for a quote and getting a $35,000 price tag from them, I called Commercial Service and got the Trane AC we wanted and a new furnace for around $10k! They even upgraded our AC because they had a bigger model in stock and gave it to us for no additional cost. For a house this size you need a good size air conditioner, so we were thrilled. Peterman wasn't even offering us a Trane for that price. They wanted us to buy a brand out of Indianapolis that I've never heard of before. We also just had the guys out again to reseal a couple of our toilets... Like I said, old house! They came the very next morning, on time and did it without overcharging us. CS is really the best in the area. We highly recommend!
