We have an old solar water heater that is huge ( more than 80 gallon tank) that needed to be replaced. However, this heater is located in a very difficult location, down 37 steps of stairs, in a small room below our house. I called four companies for a quote. One didn't even call back as promised, the other wanted to charge $75 just to show up for an estimate and the third company showed up, took a look at the location of the heater and said that he would call me back with the estimate but that never happened. Finally, I called Commercial Plumbing and boy, did we luck out.

These guys are SO professional. Henry came to assess the situation, went back and emailed me a quote promptly. My husband and I decided to go ahead and we were scheduled in a week or so. The 3 man-team showed up and did an incredible job! They didn't waste any time, carried the 250 lb. tank up the stairs, replaced the old tank and did an awesome job! They were very efficient and tidy too. Wow! We were totally impressed and happy with the work done. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Super job guys! Thank you.

if i could give zero or negative stars, i absolutely would. this was by far the worst plumbing and business experience i have ever had. i would never recommend this company to anyone. 2 months to get someone to come out after numerous calls and messages. terrible work and left a mess where work was done. didn't fix what needed to be done and now things are worse. i wish i never used this company. i am having a different company coming out to fix what commercial plumbing didn't. worst experience ever.

Professional staff and reasonably priced. I had a repeated sewer problem where it would back up every few days. I initially was using a small plumbing company that couldn't figure out the exact problem. I called Commercial Plumbing and they sent a camera through the sewer and discovered a cracked pipe. They charged me for the camera job and the job to dig up the concrete to fix the sewer. I would call them again.

This company has been really great! I call them for all my plumbing issues at the homes I manage. Leaks, toilet issues, disposals, clogs, installing new shower heads... they've done it all for me! Commercial Plumbing always has appointments available the same week I call..... This really helps me out as tenants always want quick responding landlords!

Contacted them, they came out and was told a project manager would be assigned. 2 weeks go by and no word.
they even charge for coming out. AUWE!
