Victor was awesome from the very first phone call! He fit me in quickly and kept in contact to let me know when he was on his way. He was personable, thorough, and took care of our plumbing issues quickly. I got Victor's information through a neighbor that indicated that Victor is honest and good at what he does. I couldn't agree more! He even gave me all the information that I need to get a rebate from the city.

Victor had done work at my house before, inspecting the pluming lines from house to street using his camera feed. He cleaned the lines and suggested installing an access point for future inspection and cleaning. I had him do it at the same time. His work was fast and efficient.
Unknown to me, my bathroom old cast iron pipes corroded and broke while I was trying to replace a fitting. I called Victor once again, not knowing if he did regular plumbing repairs too. He answered the call himself and fitted me in asap. He showed up with his assistant and quickly assessed what was needed. While his assistant prepped for the work, he got the appropriate parts including making some adjustments for future repairs should they be needed. That was followed up by a full check of his work and cleaning the damaged line to check for other problems.
What can I say, good work, fast and a decent guy to talk to. He explained what was needed, why it was needed and why he suggested some modifications. I am handing his card out to anyone that may need a good honest plumber that knows his stuff.

Victor is very reliable, honest, knowledgeable, hardworking and a very nice man.

Victor and his crew even came back today, two weeks later, to add the last touch to make sure that everything continues to work right. How many companies would do that?

I was very pleased with Commercial A Plus's work. They came out on schedule, clearly informed me of my issues, and gave me a very fair price for the repair. I was told by other plumbers I needed to replace my whole sewer for 10 grand. Victor told me the honest truth that all I needed was a hydro Jetter and possibly a spot repair down the line but for know I was fine. I guess there are still honest plumbers out there I know who to definitely call next time I have any plumbing issues. A + work thanks guys!

This company is the absolute best. I had a ridiculous estimate from another company and I called this company- found them highly rated on the City of Burbank's user page. Victor and Tom bid $7 THOUSAND dollars lower than the other company AND said that half of the job didn't even have to be done. Call them- you won't regret it!

Unprofessional and unreliable are two words I can describe this company. When they are trying to get your business they sound very nice but when they come and do the crappy job that they did for us and after they leave they become MIA, nowhere to be found. They installed a faucet in out bathroom that started to give us problem after a few days, in less than a month the whole handle started to turn from the base. Called Victor, instead of taking the responsibility he started blaming the faucet and we decided for me to go and get a brand new one so he can come back and replace it. After buying the new one called him to schedule, he said he does not have his schedule with him and that he will go home and after checking he will call me. I waited about a week called him back, and this is what he told me and repeated three times during our conversation; "" you understand that I'm trying to do you a favor, right?"" !!!!!!!! Favor? After paying him and his work failing in less than a month?!!!!!!!! I didn't argue with him, all I wanted for him to come back and fix it. He said he will call back, never did. I asked my husband to call him, he did and left a message one more time but he totally ignored his message. Its been four and a half months since he installed the faucet and I'm still waiting for his call. All I know what goes around comes around. This is not the way to do business. They can't be trusted.

Commercial A Plus is awesome!! Really good experience with Victor, always polite, alway available when you need him! Victor did new plumbing thru our house and made sure we were satisfied with the work he did. If we ever need plumbing service again I will call Commercial A Plus. I recommend him to everyone!
