Recommended Customer Reviews
Very helpful and informative. Offered to move service sooner because they had an opening appear. $89 to diagnose my water heater issue, in and out in an hour.
I cannot tell you how much I would not recommend this company. We have a home warranty and our initial visit went successfully once they were able to get us on the schedule even though we were without heat for a few days before they could get us in. A few days after their first visit we started having the same issue. Called them on a Friday evening after 5pm, the emergency #, which is also the main # and got a service. Told them this was an emergency as we had no heat and was told that they'd pass the message along and we'd hear back from someone. Called again Saturday, twice, and was told the same thing after I explained to them it was an emergency and heard nothing else from them until I called them Monday morning. At that time I was told they couldn't get anyone out today and they'd have to look at the schedule to see when they could get us in. Mind you we're now on day 3 of no heat and it's December. After I voiced my displeasure with the situation I was asked if I would like the owner to call me. This was at 9am. I finally received a call from someone, not the owner at 12pm and was told that because this was a warranty claim, they're contract doesn't cover emergencies on the weekends because of this. So basically, if you have a home warranty claim and they want to send out this company, don't waste your time and tell you warranty company that you want them to send someone else.
